Short business stay
Staff were very accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. Room was always clean. Hotel is just starting to show it's age.

It has a good location the rooms are just ok old looking need updated but the staff was great I had a problem and they resolved it right away.

the hotel could use a face lift but if you need a place to just sleep it will do could be a little cleaner

Not bad...
This was just a last minute trip to Cleveland. The room was clean, but small. Staff were very nice. Did get a call in the middle of the night from some scammer trying to get my credit card #, but I guess that can happen anywhere. Was just 5-10 minutes to get downtown, and we had a good time.

Great location, good value
After reading some other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is definitely dated, but I wasn't here for a spa vacation. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was basic, but everything worked except there was no working sink stopper. I bring my own for that reason. The location was great- near downtown Cleveland, but not in the hectic area. There was plenty of free parking access onto 2 main roads and bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great, very polite and they let me check in a little early on Tuesday. They were also helpful with other guests, readily giving directions to nearby places. If you want a good value, reasonable price and a safe location near but not directly in downtown, this place is a winner.

There's nothing wrong with adequacy.
This is not a tourist hotel and just gives a base for what you need to access the area. If you are a good walker and don't mind the heat the transport is adequate. The local buses can be poor but the train station about 1 mile walk is good. Coffee making facilities in the room were good and coffee at reception could be taken at bedtime. Breakfast was basic but adequate. At the price I thought the hotel was good value but don't expect 5* this is a 2* hotel. Overall the hotel is a bit tired but functioning well.

Good Location
The hotel has a good location in a great neighborhood. The cleanliness of the room was not so good. There were stains on the couch. The bathroom had mold on the tiles in the shower and the shower curtain was covered with mold.

Weekend race stay
Location was close to where we needed to be but would not recommend or stay there again. Hallways dirty, comforter in room was very dirty, and was afraid of shower ... Wore flip flops to shower.
