Great Location
The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. There were a few things that went wrong, i.e. safe in room didn't work, phone in room didn't work, but they took care of both of these problems quickly. We self-parked in the hotel's underground garage and walked to everything we did. Good location to the Arcade Mall, Town Center Mall, Playhouse Square, Rock & Roll HOF, Library, and the Cleveland Federal Reserve. All were great places to walk to. Breakfast at David's Restaurant was included in our package and was an awesome buffet!

The 4th Street Bar and Grill and the Corner Alley. The food was great, and the restaurant has a bowling alley right in the middle of it. Lots of fun!

Very comfortable, well-sited
We came for a two-day visit to the Rock Hall. The hotel was perfectly located and parking was a breeze. Very comfortable, clean, with excellent service.

Great Hotel
This was our second trip to the Marriott and we were very pleased again with the room and the overall service. Very beautiful, clean room with a great view. We'll be back again!

Marriott Downtown at Key Center
Best hotel I have stayed in a very long time! The staff was very helpful from finding a beauty shop, to dinner locations that wee kid friendly, and 1st class transportation!!! This hotel will not do you wrong!

Perfect for a night in cleveland
Everything was great. we got a corner room and it was a really weird set up -- two people couldn't walk through the door at the same time-- but other then that everything was nice, clean, and we had a splendid stay

Excellent Location
Walked to the Brasa Grill (excellent!! a little pricey). Walked all around Cleveland. Excellent view of the Cleveland Browns Stadium and the lake. The staff was super friendly and very helpful!! Went to the Rock and Roll hall of fame. The room was small (king bed with lake view on the 21st floor) but was very clean and the beds are very comforatable. Have breakfast at David's in the hotel..they have a great buffet. It is also a little pricey ($30 for two) but was very good.

It is a 6 minute walk to the warehouse district. That is very close to where the flats were/are. Lots of restaurants and pubs along the way.

Good location, good hotel.
I booked through [...] and was supposed to get a "corner king, with wi-fi and continental breakfast". I didn't get any of those three things and had to work with the pleasant desk staff to get the wi-fi and access to the tasty continental breakfast. Minor inconvenience. Overall a good hotel.

This hotel is a good choice in regards to parking. You pay a fee, but it is very easy. Some of the other downtown Cleveland hotels take more effort.
