The hotel has nice rooms and a pool table in the lobby, which is fun when it's not in use. However, the food there is expensive and the wifi is outrageously expensive when you are not in the lobby, where it's free.

i've stayed at this hotel previously, and thought it was fine, so i chose to book it again. when it turned out that my flight to cleveland was canceled due to snow, the manager was kind enough to waive the cancellation fee since there was no way i could even get to cleveland[...]

Nice up dated room
Nice open feeling in the main lobby area. the coffee bar was pleasant and inviting. My room had all of the nice new features amenities. I had a pleasant stay but had to leave a day early.

I was there to visit family. I had a great time. The hotel was great. I wish they had a microwave in the hotel, but other than that everything was beautiful. Compared to other trips, this was better. Better hotel, better staff, better location.

Went to a funeral. Hotel was perfecttly located for my need to get in and out withint 2 day. Service great. One of best hotel experiences.

We appreciated the efficiency at check in. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was great and the service superior. Room was clean and comfortable. They could use some hooks to hang towels or hangers on in the bathroom though. All in all ...Great experience
