BEST WESTERN Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

Perfect for the traveler flying into Cleveland and continuing elsewhere in the state as we were. There are resturants nearby and I71 is close. We stayed both coming and going from our trip further into the state. Would do so again.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was super friendly.

This hotel served our purpose while visiting Cleveland.

Booked 2 months in advance. Was told they had pool and Jacuzzi. When I arrived pool was drained for repairs and jacuzzi had been taken out and no longer available. Requested late check out and was told 12:30 would be the latest. 9 am maids are knocking on door (even with do not disturb sign out) . 11:50 I am in the shower, maids knocking continuously on door, me screaming I am in the shower. 12:05 getting dressed in bathroom, phone is ringing and ringing they want to know if I am checking out!!!! What did I request late check out for?????

The desk clerk and shuttle driver were great. The weather was horrible, and I had a rental car I needed to return at 4:00 am the next day. They shuttled me to return the car in the afternoon, so I didn't have to get up early and return the car in bad weather and to a place I was not familiar. The shuttle driver was so courteous and friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The outside of the hotel is a little lacking, however, the interior is very clean. The hotel desk clerk was very friendly and my children really enjoyed the indoor pool. Rooms were clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again!

But not at this hotel. Cleaning was not a priority. The pool/hot tub area was a disgrace and disappointment. Not recommended.

We accidentally booked wrong room but they were able to set us up with a new one. Staff was very helpful!

We booked this hotel for a one night stay in Cleveland on our way to Niagara Falls. The hotel is located right off the exit and near the airport. Parking was a bit akward (on the side of the building) and I didn't like the fact we had to enter the building through the lobby each time versus having accessible side doors. The lobby is nice and modern and the staff was friendly. We stayed in a suite and the "main" part was nicely decorated and comfortable. However, the kitchenette was in bad need of updating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Stayed here for close location to Cleveland airport and free shuttle for early morning flight, We took a suite with kitchenette but there was nothing in cabinets. Usually if you have a kitchenette there are at least plastic utensils and cups and plates. In addition there was only a partial roll of TP with no back up (but front desk delivered when requested) and free WiFi was slow. Besides that everything was pretty clean, Staff was personable, Shuttle was on time and helpful. Will stay here again but will remember to bring paper plates, cups and utensils if we want to use kitchenette to heat up left overs and check TP supply first thing.
