BEST WESTERN Airport Inn & Suites

The staff was fast and friendly. The romms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would totally stay there again.

I wish that i could say that this hotel experience was as wonderful as the $108.00 i spent on the room. First of all there was a really unsanitary bath mat in the bath tub. Not only should it have not been there but it was not well maintained. There was visible hairs and soap scum from former guests, the smell of mold that reeked from the bathtub made it impossible for me to even attempt to bath. So, I did not. If that was not enough in itself, the Continental Breakfast that was mentioned in the details of the stay, consisted of hard boiled eggs!!?? and some sort of pastries and do it yourself waffles. The waffles were good. Lesson learned, will never stay here again, good money wasted.

Exactly what was advertised. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was both friendly and efficient.

We were very disapointed with our experience. Our floor stunk of cirgarette smoke because half the rooms were smoking rooms. It was clear that the room had not been dusted in a while and there was hair on the bathroom floor, so it clearly had not been cleaned. The breakfast was okay except for the hair I found in my danish. The location was great for the airport, but there were several choices and I would choose another one if I return to Cleveland.

Very good. The manager called our room after we checked in to see if everything was OK. You are right at the end of restaurant row, lots of chains and local restaurants in a 1 mile radius. You are only about 20 minutes out of Cleveland and right next to the airport. Breakfast was good, they have a waffle maker. Coffee was poor. No hot food. Overall I would stay again.

We were doing the overnight drive from Chgo to Cleveland and back in 24 hours - needed so get some sleep - got there and they charged my CC after I had already paid thru [...]- the mgr said she reversed immediately - got home and noticed today that they charged 2 times - ugh - now to see how good customer service is - Bed was so hard that I felt like I was sleeping, Or not, on the floor - clean room NOTHING on TV and only 1 elevator in the whole place, coffee in room was THE worst I believe I've ever had - Thanks be to having DD down the road.

Two boys and a adult had plenty of space in the big room. The king bed was great. It would have been very spacious for a couple. Nice size bathroom. Rooms were quiet even though the hotel was packed. Free internet service worked fine. Very nice desk setup and good TV. "Kitchen" area was nice for a long stay. A couple of architectural oddities -- no internal stairways, lobby entrance "in the back", snack machine far from soda machine, frosted window in room. For 2 or more it was a nice value and good location.

Stayed here before heading to the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. Wanted to stay someplace inexpensive with complementary breakfast and free parking.

Quick check in, clean rooms, kids loved the pool, and the ladies in the hall servicing the rooms were friendly and helpful... don't have anything really to complain about except maybe parking could be a little better and the entrance is off to the side on a dark alley like street heading to the parking, but other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
