Airport Plaza Hotel Cleveland

The hotel is exactly what you pay for. Only thing I can say is that the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, really bad, and the air conditioner leaked in this room.

On our cross country trip, we just needed a place to sleep. Decent for the price, but my husband and I are very laid back. Service-not friendly, we asked for a late check out since we got in at 6am but people still knocked on the door while we were trying to sleep, air conditioner was broke (couldn't see the part that says air and had it cold on "high heat", orange stain on lamp (just made me think someone threw up on it or something-yuck!). Never been in Cleveland. Run down area, but was the cheapest place we found. We are not complaining but for sharing and comparitive purposes, it was the worst of 2 and the 2nd was cheaper in Illinois.

The hotel was stinking, carpet was nasty and the comforters were very old.

There were several problems with our stay there. [...] The outdoor pool has been so neglected that it looks more like a frog pond. And the breakfast is terrible. Just to name a few things. Not worthy staying there.

The bed was completely broken. In fact, the box spring for the king bed was two twins pushed together. The sheets and blankets had holes in them. The sheets looked and smelled clean, but the blankets had some stains and hair on them. I was afraid to put anything on the floor, which did not look vacuumed (there were baco-bits on the floor, as well as layers of dust in the corners). The hotel had an advertisement in the Ohio hotel saver booklet which advertised it as "Newly Renovated." It appears that they renovated the lobby to make it look fairly nice, and then threw some paint on some of the walls, then gave up. The hallways were dimly lit and the ceilings had large water stains. I even came across a broken window as I was walking by outside. Never, ever, ever stay here. Spend the extra $30-50 to stay somewhere decent.

The moment you walk in, you will realize that this was a big mistake. The rooms are alright. Hot water is turned of during the night, to conserve energy. The rooms look like they are 120 years old. it's just the feel of the place thats creeps you out. But a cheap deal.

There was not an indoor pool. Staff very unfriendly. There were lots of creepy men standing around, lurking. VERY CREEPY. I don't usually submit reviews, but I feel I need to let everyone know what they are in for if they choose this hotel. I would not bring my family here again. The beds were very uncomfortable, bedding was dirty. 7 TV channels.

I did little but look for a place to eat and watch TV Sheets were stained just not some place I would like to be with a lady. Not well kept.

The hotel's interior is good, room was clean, but there wasn't soap in bathroom, damaged Clean ex box, the towels not good quality. The breakfast should be till 10 am( for Sunday it's too early finish breakfast time at 9 am)
