Westin Heavenly Dog Bed is available for guests with pets (40 pounds and under only). Every room has a 27-inch flat screen television and is wired and/or wireless for Internet access (fees apply). Features
Westin Cincinnati is conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati, near businesses, shopping, and the Duke Energy Convention Center. Guests can walk to most of these destinations via a system of glassed-enclosed skywalks. Directly across the street is Fountain Park, a popular venue for outdoor concerts and other entertainment. Westin notes that noise from these events can affect guests in rooms that face the park. Noise-sensitive travelers should request a room that faces the river.
Guest rooms feature many amenities, such as Westin Heavenly Beds (pet version also available), flat-screen televisions, and Wi-Fi (for a fee). Free Wi-Fi is available in public spaces. Additional amenities include an indoor pool and free use of the Westin Workout Gym where each piece of cardio equipment has an individual flat-screen television installed.
The newest restaurant at the Westin, called Ingredients (some assembly required), offers made-to-order breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees on site or ready to go. McCormick & Schmick's, a nationwide chain serving seafood, is also on site.

Escape to the City
The Westin was perfect in location, staff attentiveness, and cost. Walking out from the city center, you can experience the riverfront or peruse the surrounding urban streets filled with great innercity dwellings and entrepeneurs. Cincinnati was a great find!

"Tell it like it is...."
A girls weekend was planned for shopping and a concert in Cincinnati. The location of the Westin proved beneficial and we wanted a four star hotel. The room was average and the advertised heavenly bed and shower was...not so heavenly. The linens on the bed were itchy and the bathroom was so small that you needed to be very flexible when exiting the shower and trying to open the door to get out because a slight move in the wrong direction would land you directly in the toilet. Check-in was eventful, as an unsatisfied guest was loudly complaining to the staff. We were not treated with joy upon our arrival, but instead a matter of fact desk clerk who gave us the key to our room. We were not offered any directions, information about the city, etc. Our toilet was "running" when we entered the room and maintenance put a new part on the toilet while we were out as evidenced by the open wrapper left on the sink. The toilet didn't run anymore, but also didn't flush and we had to call to get it repaired again. Parking is $28 per night in the hotel and this charge is extra. There were definitely no perks about staying at the Westin. Sadly, it was not as I expected and far from the description of luxury and relation on their website. I would not stay here again. We weren't asked about our satisfaction on our departure and frankly the guest clerk didn't appear to care about us or anyone else standing in line to check in or out.

Short drive from hotel
There is a new mall about 15 minutes from the hotel - Kenwood Mall - which offers great shopping and nice restaurants.

Fantastic Birthday
We absolutely loved this hotel. I have read previously about dirt in the rooms, and the hotel needing improvements with the decor. I disagree totally. Our room was ready 3 hours before the scheduled check in time. Because it was my husbands birthday, they upgraded us to a better room, with an incredible view. The bed was so comfortable. I have never in my 32 years been able to sleep in a hotel room and I slept like a rock. The view was phenomenol of fountainsquare. Also the room was very quiet, even with the nightlife. We ate at the attached seafood restaurant which can be pricey. I highly recommend the bar menu for Happy hour. We ate Mussels, crab dip, fish tacos, calamari and duck potstickers for under 40 dollars. The food was a large portion and they even personalized the menu for his Birthday. I would recommend this stay for any adult..Maybe not the hotel to stay in with little children due to the adult style pool. This was a great stay for myself and my husband.

A good place to stay in...
I was there to relax over the weekend. Good restaurants are next to the Hotel. It was a bit noise in the morning when drunken guests returned. It was also noise by the staff in the aisle at noon.

The good, the bad and the disappointing.
We were in Cincinnati for a concert that was only a couple blocks away. I was disappointed in the Westin Cincinnati. I had stayed in Westin's in Denver and Chicago and expected the same awesome decor and freshness. The Westin Cincinnati had old decor, carpets that looked worn, stained and tattered. The service was great, the halls and rooms left a lot to be desired.
