We stayed here because it was close to the baseball field. It could use an update but other than that it was a great value. Everyone who worked there were friendly, the rooms were clean, parking was cheap and it was convenient to everything we
wanted to do. Will stay there again.
Probably best value for hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Between hotel shuttle and downtown shuttle, it's easy to get to locations within the downtown area or across the river.
The rooms weren't anything special. A little out-dated, but clean.
you're looking to getting around Cincinnati/Covington/Newport without having to drive, this is a great location.
Great value and great location near the heart of downtown Cincinnati; decor is somewhat dated but that is to be expected in an older hotel; rooms are spacious and clean; overall a great value for a downtown suite
My stay here was a good one. This is an establishment that has character and its age is quite evident ( but that can easily be overlooked).
I truly appreciated the free shuttle service offered around the surrounding area. Such a great
convenience-especially when balancing a conference and sight seeing.
What really blew me away was the price for the large amount of space (SO roomy). Lastly the staff was awesome! They were all so warm and helpful.
The room looked like 1982 took a poo on it but it was clean. It is conveniently located in down town but a little far from the river area and adjacent to the ghetto. Very roomy, full kitchen, sweet little restaurant on the 1st floor.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Long walk from hotel
The Christian Morlein House is the bees knees if you don't mind ponying up a little dough for some high quality grubage.
