business overnight
Was just there briefly on a business trip. didn;t spend much time in the building, so really don't have much to say. Hallways had a kinda musty odor - stale cigarette kind of thing, but nothing major.

Ramada Cincinnati
Not what I would have expected. The room walls were filthy, the shower did not function properly and the room, which was immediately next to the elevator, rattled all night long.

2 rooms different floors
The biggest complaint I have is that I booked 2 rooms and was given 1 on the 4th floor and 1 on the 8th floor. The hotel manager said that he could not give us rooms beside each other or even on the same floor, even though I had book and PAID for these rooms months in advance.

Bad convention get away
There was no carts to take luggage to room, I n the room there was nothing for me to place my luggage on to unpack, The bath had fixtures missing, Not a good supply of towel or was cloths, dirt behind things. Breakfast was a waste of my time to go down to it. It was the wrong place for me to stay.

Decent enough hotel
I stayed for the GovEnergy conference. It was close enough to walk to the Duke Energy Center in about 15 minutes. It was fine for a cheap hotel for a single person but I would not bring a family. First room I moved out of due to a broken toilet. Not a great part of town.

Not What You Bargained For...
My overall impression, this is very much NOT a three star hotel as [...] Ramada seem to claim. It's not even a two star hotel. I was traveling with my wife from Milwaukee to North Carolina and we stopped in Cincinnati to see an old friend. I paid $70 for the night, but based on what I saw should have paid something closer to $40.The rooms were clean enough, no bed bugs or stains on the sheets or mattress. Not very well kept over all, the there is a strange smell in the lobbies and hallways, I think they maybe still allow smoking in the hotel? I was okay staying there one night, but even two nights would have been pushing it. My wife was not thrilled, but made the best of it. The four biggest points for me were:Firstly, this hotel is NOT downtown, it's on the West Side. It's also about 0.75 miles from one of the largest crack neighborhoods in the city.Secondly, the lobby is shabby and run down. The staff was mediocre, but somewhat friendly.Thirdly, the room was slightly better than the lobby, but not by much. The bed was okay, very comfortable pillows.Fourth, this is maybe 1.5 star hotel on it's best day.Final Analysis: not worth it. Go somewhere else. Motel 6, Comfort Inn, a rest stop, anywhere.

Terrible place
I went down for the Cincinatti Jazz Fest and this was the WORST hotel EVER! First when I got there I couldn't find the place because the outside picture on the website did not match the actual building. When I checked in to my room, the desk people couldn't speak English. So I had to wait for someone to come to translate. I was on the 3rd floor, soon as I got off the elevator it was a bad smell and the carpet was dirty. I went inside the room, the first thing I checked for was bed buds. I didn't find any so that was good. The bathroom was very low quality. The soap dish was broken off the tub, the was no stopper and the tub surround just was awful. So why did I stay???? Because I booked at the last minute and said to myself " I'm only sleeping here". All of the pics on the website is a different location! This is the ONLY hotel that I've been to where not a soul dared to touch the swimming for the weekend. Yes! It's that bad! No Internet, no breakfast, no nothing! The staff came to the room one morning asking did I want "room service". So I said sure. Then she got to changing my towels.... Lol guess she didnt know that it's called "house keeping".... I paid $160 a night and stayed for 2 days. Their service is at the same level as a $45 motel 6.

NASTY!!
This hotel is gross and VERY overpriced. The AC barely worked, the toilet was not anchored to the floor, there were stains and torn fabric on the couch, the halls smelled of sweat and pot, the carpet was either stained or bleached in places, the bathroom sink sprays water when you turn it on, the pillows were lumpy and the bed was like a stack of bricks with a mattress pad... the list goes on and on. For what they charge per night this is beyond unacceptable. The people running this dump should be embarrassed and possibly prosecuted for such overcharging and misrepresentation![...]
