Good Stay

The hotel was clean, and nicely appointed. Close to ballpark, and very reasonable. Only problem was key cards gave us some problems and had to be re-keyed a couple of times.

Weekend Reds Game

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for during the Reds home weekend. When checking in the line got really long with a rush of people (had to wait about 20-25 minutes) but it wasn't bad at all. They had 6 people at the desk checking people in and the highlight - since the line was so long they started selling beer to everyone standing in line - world class!!!!!

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

This hotel is very close to the Great American ballpark (or Paul Brown Stadium) - about a 10-15 minutes walk. Also Fountain square is really close, one city block away which had bars, restaurants, and a beautiful fountain.

location, location...

We had a good time here. The staff was very helpful, but the night desk was new and not very knowledgable. The pool was supposed to be open until 10 pm, but on our attempt to use it at 9:15, we were told it was closed for cleaning - very rude for our scheduling purposes. The day desk provided good information about city bus schedules and routes. the location was perfect for our visit to the cincinnati museums and waterfront.

Great hospitality

We were their for a WWII bomber group reunion. The staff was first rate as was the food. The room was small but we didn't use it much. You just sleep in them anyway, right? Very congenial bunch of people that work at the hotel.

Use one of the other parking places. $22 a night for valet is a little steep.

Beer fest weekend

I enjoyed this hotel. It was conveniently right across from the Duke Energy Convention Center so it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The room just seemed a little cramped with the beds.

good location & reasonable price

Rooms were adequate but certainly not spacious. Bath had no place to lay out shaving kit. And something needs to be done about their valet service. We had to stand outside for over 45 minutes waiting to get our car back from their valet service garage. They were gracious in removing the $22.00 daily parking charge for that day.
