Nice Hotel Stay

Very nice staff were polite and helpful, it was a nice visit. Only one problem we had I call front desk to make sure a taxi was on hand at a certain time so we can make our concert. When we arrived at the main entrance our cab was not present so we arrived at our concert late, I should have gotten the the associate name but I was't worried about it since we are on vacation but i wish I did but otherwise than that and our room phone didn't work, but I wasn't aware of the phone option.... I enjoyed it.

Cincy Marriot

Traveled from Indiana to Cincy for the annual Flying Pig Marathon. The room was nice and they let us check out an hour later than usual. Friendly staff. Only drawback was no WiFi, although there was a more than adequate wired Internet connection.

Excellent Hotel

It was an excellent hotel, everyone was extremely personable. There are several places that could have been within walking distance if I had more time: the Zoo, German Beergarden. (And if the season was right!)Speaking of weather - parking was underneath the hotel, in a garage, which was helpful in the winter weather. With no where else to park within a reasonable distance, it seemed ridiculous that the additional fee for parking wasn't included. That was the reason for losing the 5th star.

great hotel, bargain for kids

traveled with kids for a basketball tournament on campus. Cozy, comfortable rooms. Would have liked to have a pool but nonetheless very suitable for a family. Booked a room with kids meals included for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all kids under 12 which was a great deal. Hotel honored for even room service and breakfast buffet! Very accomodating staff.

Comfy in Cincy

Location, location, location...I was there for business with CCHMC which was right across the street. They had free internet, the room service was good but expensive. Due to my location I didn't need a car, but if you require a car be aware of the $25/day parking fee. Nice flat screen TV. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

ccm visitor

This hotel experience was wonderful. The shuttle service to the airport is very affordable, the free shuttle to ccm was excellent. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I recommend the breakfast buffet! The gym had awesome equipment, I wish I had a longer stay so I could have used it more!

Classy, but cold

We stayed at the Marriott because it was just a few blocks from the concert we were in town to see. The parking wasn't bad, but it was really annoying to take two elevators to get from our room to our car. The lobby was very nice and the room was super comfy, which, ultimately, is the main idea of a hotel. My problem is a combination of trouble from [...] and the hotel. When I booked the room, [...] gave me the option to select a smoking room. When I arrived, nothing was said about no smoking. Even in the room, there was no sign saying, "no smoking." Sure, there were no ashtrays, but there were NO SIGNS saying, "NO SMOKING." I later found out about the Marriott smoking ban by being billed $250.Of course, I attempted to contact the hotel for a refund because no one explicitly notified me that the room I booked was a non-smoking room. I was told that the little paper card that they slip the room keys into said there was no smoking and that I should have called the front desk to ask. Sorry, but that's a pretty weak argument. If you're a non-smoker, you'll love the place. If you're a smoker, go there for the location and comfortable bed, not because you're welcome.
