Landmark in the Cincinnati skyline overlooking the Ohio River

The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers conveniences for both the business and leisure travelers. Guests doing business in the "Queen City" can utilize the hotel's expansive meeting space or travel via the hotel's skywalk to the adjacent Duke Energy Convention Center. All of the 486 guestrooms feature the Hyatt Grand Bed. This bed has a 13-inch-thick mattress, multiple, oversized down pillows, high thread-count sheets, and a down duvet. Features

The centrally located Hyatt Regency Cincinnati has something for every kind of traveler. For those visiting Queen City on business, the Duke Energy Convention Center is next door to the hotel and connects through a glass-enclosed walkway. Quick Conference Stay

As expected from a modern hotel, and extremely easy to get to from the airport!! Staff very helpful..Floors 10-22 offer river views, if you can get it, and make use of pool during summer months...Skyway connected to the Duke Energy convention center, and many other buildings, so you dont even have to step outside...

Valets' need work

The bathroom was very small and the wallpaper was peeling around some sort of square cut out in the bathroom. The staff could be friendlier especially the valets. Not a single valet opened my wife's door for her the whole time.

A comfortable stay

I had read reviews that said this hotel was so-so but we found it to be VERY nice. The staff couldn't have been more polite. The room was super clean. The beds were very comfortable and we travel a lot and I slept better here than most places. It was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you have business in the downtown area or at the Convention Center.

Cincinnati getaway

Good experience overall. Just a few things to complain about. No seating outside for somkers and/or handicap. There was a long wait to use elevators only four of them. No seating outside the elevators for handicap. Found a liquir bottle on the floor of our room on our first night. ( I check for bedbugs and it was on the floor by bed). I had great experience with valet except for one moment when they were fighting outside. It was alittle unprofessional. Did love the free valet I recieved. Thank you!

Rock Botttom resturant and brewery was cheap and wonderful!! Had great good! The horse drawn carriage rides were so fun on the weekend. Got to see the downtown area! LOVED IT!

Good weekend getaway....

Hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel itself...okay...nothing unusually special. Attached to Saks Fifth Avenue...nice. Had a good time although they put room service on my bill, but that was quickly corrected.

It's ok

The location is perfect... it's right by the convention center. However, you do have to walk outside as the skywalk isn't covered. The staff was excellent but our non-smoking room smelled of smoke and wasn't too impressive. It's okay.

Great weekend getaway for my wife and I

The Hotel was great. The only thing that suprised me was the age of the television. Other then that the room was good and the proximity was great to downtown things we wanted to do.

one night stay

Parking not so convenient or free. Had to pay about $16 for one night. And no refrigerator if traveling with a baby which I was for bottles if needed.
