The hotel was good overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It seemed like an older building, but that it had some renovations and while the room looked somewhat dated, I really liked the space and layout. It was clean, however my room had a few tiny ants crawling around in the bathroom.

Pleased!
The Hyatt Place provided a nice and cozy getaway experience. The lobby had a warm decor and the room was spacious and clean with nice ammenties that helped make our stay even more pleasureable. The only two drawbacks were that the front desk guy was overwhelmed with the incoming traffic so the wait to check in was a bit longer than expected, and the shower water ran outside the shower and out onto the bathroom floor everytime we took a shower but other than that...the Hyatt Place gets 2 thumbs up!

Take advantage of teh continenetal breakfast if you can get up in the morning...but the Ruby Tuesdays in walking distance works just fine too :-)

Excellent stay!
The room was exceptional! Huge, modern, spotless and extremely comfortable. We were 2 adults and a teenager and everyone had their own space. Huge TV. wireless access, coffee machine - everyone felt at home right away! AND, everything worked perfectly in the bathroom, fluffy towels, hot shower, delicious scented soaps and shampoo...just perfect! And we could order food to our room anytime. Not a huge menu but it's great to order and eat in such a beautiful room. The only negative was that the free morning breakfast ended at 10am. For the same price, we'd stayed at other hotels in the area and none were this luxurious.

Classy stay
We were in town for the Cinci marathon. The hotel was elegant and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We had to leave earlier than the continental breakfast was served and they were happy to provide us with food at 5 a.m. Wish there were more choices for dining but the Ruby Tuesday was within walking distance and the food there was delicious.

uh i dont know
The hotle was very nice. the room is great. The problem that i have is that the hotel said it had a heated pool inside and it did not. This made the kids not so happy. the pool was at a neighboring hotel from the same company but it was not the one we got. not cool. also the man running the desk at nite was very rude.

Thrifty shopper
Nice enough
This was a fine hotel for the price. Although it is in the far northern suburbs, it suited my needs, since I came to Cincinnati for shopping. If one doesn't mind the long drive to the northern hinterlands, it is conveniently located at I-75 and I-275. The staff was very nice. I appreciated being able to buy wine on the premises to take to my room.

A GREAT DAY AT THE HYATT PLACE
Stayed at the hyatt place/blue ash. It was just a get away from it all type of weekend. The stay was very peaceful and the service was excellent as always. The only thing that i would like to see different is the complimentry breakfast could have had a better selection. Other than that it was a goodtime.

Great price a a great hotel
The hotel was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were awesome. They had 42" plasma TV's in the room, and the layout gave you a ton of room to lounge. All in all it was a great spot.
