Comfort Inn & Suites

This was our first visit to Cincinnati for our grandsons baseball tournament and our first stay with Comfort Inn. We were very satisfied with our accommodations. The room and bath were very clean, the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the hotel staff courteous and prompt. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was well stocked with a nice selection to choose from. We felt this inn was a good value for our money.

This Comfort Inn was one of the best I have visited. I actually thought it was a new facility. The free breakfast is very nice and a free benifit given to guest. I would Highly Recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Put into a smelly smoking room.

The hotel has the advantage of being near a major shopping and restaurant area, yet it is located on a reasonably quiet street. The room was large, well maintained, and clean. The breakfast area is large and comfortable, and the breakfast bar was well stocked with good food. It was easy to get to and from the hotel and the major interstates. Would definitely stay again.

Upon checking in, I arrived in the middle of a shift change, and had to wait until the two young men at the desk changed out the money drawer,and whatever else needed to be done. I arrived to my room which had terrible stains on the carpet,and I didn't want to take my shoes off. The shower curtain was moldy, which made the bathroom smell bad. The side entrance door was broken, so it never closed all of the way, and my room was right next to it, so I did not feel very secure. Anyone at anytime could walk into the hotel. It was not the best experience as one of my hotel stays. I would not return.

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Cincinnati was conveniently located and easily accessable from the highway. The room was large and comfortable and contained all of the necessary ammenities. Close to shopping and retaurants, the location was perfect.
