Comfort Inn & Suites Cincinnati

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for when we took our daughter to school at Xavier for her freshman year. It's new, modern, clean and very comfortable. It's very close and accessible to the University and to downtown Cincy. The breakfast in the morning was quite good and offered quite a variety. The only negative is that the only ice machine is on the first floor. The staff was responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

Easy access and convenient location to Xavier University. This hotel is clean and quiet.

Bad internet connection; no view from the window; dirty towels.

My stay at the Holiday Inn on Mitchell Ave in Cincinnati, Ohio was ok. One of the problems I had was my original room was right next to the elevator, which kept me up my first night there. The following morning, when I spoke the Guest Attendant at the front desk, she was very accomodating in changing my room immediatley, which I greatly appreciated. Also, on my first evening I wanted up the street to grab something to eat, and was very surprised how much the area had changed and not for the better ( I'm orginally from Cincinnati). This area is not the safest to walk around in. Also, traffic is very heavy, by the hotel being right next to the on ramp for the freeway, so it is very difficult getting in and out of the driveway for the hotel. I also, noticed a few small things, such as chipped woodwork, torn wallpaper. But, again the staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. This hotel would not be my first choice to stay at, but if I had trouble finding somewhere else I would stay there again.
