King's Island Weekenders
We booked only a few days before our trip and thought it seemed like a good deal, we booked 2 rooms and were all excited about the trip. At first this hotel seemed fairly nice until we got stopped by the guy checking us in because it turns out he put us in a room that already had people in it. Once our friends were given another room it ended up not only being at the complete opposite end of the building but also on the other floor. The breakfast was mediocre, with expired cream cheese for the bagels and some mystery meat they called sausage. Overall the stay was just okay, but once I got home I noticed I had been charged $121.76 to my card at the time of check in, I called and it was a mistake and they are putting the money back on my card-but I was told it would take 7-10 business days, I'm still waiting...And a few days later (4 days after check out, that is)my friend who stayed in the other room receives the same amount charged to her card and is waiting for the manager to call her back to get it all worked out.

Adequate
We stayed for one night while visiting Kings Island. Room was clean, a/c cooled nicely, beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly especially the new GM. He (in my opinion) has his work cut out for him. Was first day on job and explained to us that he used own motel and sold it and now returned after hotel was foreclosed on. The fitness facility was horrible..went into room and it was hot then noticed a/c was missing from wall leaving room open to elements and only 2 pieces of work out equipment in room--treadmill and eliptical machine. Pool was green and under maintenance. Hallways had plaster falling off ceiling and carpeting obviously needed replacing. Continental breakfast was adequate. Glad they offered some kind of protein. I probably would prefer another hotel over this one simply because it is in managerial transition and needs work done. It may be brought up to speed in time. Staff needs to keep personal conversations out of earshot and need to close office door when chatting. Had to sit near room door to use WIFI. Otherwise computer could not pick it up.

"Stay was OK ... just OK!!"
Our overnite stay was was "okay" just "okay". Good location from Kings Island and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel outdoor pool water was murky and is need of outdoor lights if for nothing else for security purposes. Hot cont. breakfast was ok.

Short drive from hotel
Kings Island Amusement park is a short 10 minute drive from hotel. I believe the hotel site stated it was within minutes, but plan on a good 10 minutes. Good location though considering there are plenty of restaurants nearby. And easy on-off ramp to interstate.

unprofessional staff
The room was nice and clean. The elevator seemed questionable. Breakfast had the usual selection. The reason why we wouldn't go back-the staff. The staff had on t-shirts and jeans-no name tag. Couldn't tell if they were just hanging out or working. Their comments were unprofessional. The morning of check-out (in a fully booked hotel) there was only one person working the desk and she was outside smoking and talking with her co-worker. There were 8 people in line waiting to check out and have their problems solved. Won't go back unless the staff changes.

Dissapointed in Cincy
I was directed to a side door for fast entry to my room. The side door's security card system failed and I simply opened the door. The floor of the stairwell was filthy with liquid stains on the tiles. Room's toilet was kilter to the wall and the towel rack above was coming undone. Shower wasn't hot enough. Internet broke Saturday morning and wasn't yet fixed on Sunday. Over all impression is that this operator was cheap.

The hotel was very clean. The
The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good but the time from 6-9 seemed short to us, a little longer time would have been nice. The staff was friendly and warm. I even heard the lady at the desk, when they were booked, give suggestions of other places for callers to stay. It was a busy weekend with the tennis open going on. We did not get to use the pool but it looked refreshing and clean. I felt the price was fair for that time and area.

OK Stay for Family
Water pressure in shower was really low. Room was really loud with people slamming doors early morning. Friendly staff, gave suggestions for local eateries. All in all, ok for the money.

Do not stay here and waste your money...
I requested a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that had obviously been used by smokers as the bad odor in the air that hit your face when you opened the door was overwhelming. I am very sensitive to this type of thing and caused me to suffer from sinusitis the entire time I was in the room. The small refrigerator inside the room was very noisy often keeping me awake or waking me from sleep. You could hear everything happening outside the hallway. The breakfast they offered was very minimal and was placed in the lobby area where there was insufficient number of available seats; which forced us to go somewhere else for breakfast. I tried to get some water from the vending machine and found nothing suitable for young children (all sodas). I put in a dollar in the machine and as it "ate" it -- it got stuck before it would go all the way in -- and just enough for me not to be able to grasp it to pull it out. After a very long day at King's Island with 3 little girls in tow -- I didn't need this frustration. I highly discourage anyone from booking with this hotel. I wish I hadn't.
