Located on the beautifully wooded Central Parkway, our Inn accommodates customers with a safe, comfortable and clean environment. We have a very convenient location, as we are a very short distance from a major highway, University, Childrens Hospital, Good Sam, Jewish-Bethesda Hospitals, Music Hall, and University of Cincinnati. We are also the closest Inn to the Cincinnati Zoo. Some of our neighbors include a photo studio, a medical center, and a community college. Best of all, we are a short drive away from downtown Cincinnati and offer lower rates than the more expensive downtown hotels. With our convenient location, customers are a short distance from museums, convention center, stadiums, Eden Park, Mount Adams, Botanical Garden, Ohio River, riverboats, casinos, movie theaters, Western Bowl and the Newport aquarium. Our Inn provides free, plentiful parking as well as a lounge managed by the friendly Edie and Tasha.

Okay for a trucker

Did not have my reservation information, had to call someone. Older couple. Appeared to be overwhelmed with small amount of business. Bathroom outdated. spiderwebs and water only warm. No receipt provided. Could have gone there on my own and got a cheaper rate. Buyer beware!

Budget Host

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The clerk attempted to charge us again for the room even though we paid when we booked. Although clean the room was unappealing. Lack of repair from normal wear and tear.

I didn't believe the bad reviews.

I found a crackpipe under the bed and a chicken foot under the mattress (I've always looked under matresses for no good reason, now I'll never stop). The walls looked like they once had something smeared across them and the shower curtain was caked with crud. I'm fairly low maintenance but this was bad. The smoke detector was taken apart and the battery removed. The place reeked of a combination of stale smokes. Cigarette burns everywhere, floors, curtains, blankets.

Unacceptable! Horrific!

I went to Cincinnati for a family reunion. Once I told them where I had gotten a room, they advised that was not a safe area. The lobby was not very clean so I knew the room could not be much better. When I entered the room, one out of three lamps worked, the carpet had burns all over, the bathroom was so small and so unsightly, I could not believe this was on the website. This is horrific to any hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never choose price over a well-known chain again. I have used cheap tickets mostly for airline tickets and my annual Mary Kay convention which was at the Rennaisance in Dallas. NO COMPARISON. I booked another room at the Holiday Inn Express in Dent (a suburb of Cincinnati). Only $14 more, it was immaculate! Can you refund any portion of the Budget Host confirmation or are customers just at an "as is" sale when booking with Cheaptickets.com?

better lock your doors

I asked at the desk, where I could get a nice meal, and they had to get a customer from the bar to tell me. When I decided to turn in for the night I noticed the heater was'nt plugged in, probably because it was broken. I plugged it in, and then had to twist and twist on the knob to get it to turn on. The first night the police were there at least twice. When I checked in the girl at the bar next door asked (with astonishment) are 'you' staying 'here'...? She said its ok in here, but you dont want to go out there...pointing at the parking lot. At the time, I didnt think she was serious, but clearly she was...! The next morning the tub wouldnt drain, so I went to the front desk and told them I would be gone all day would they please fix it. I came back 12 hours later, not only was the drain not fixed, but the room hadnt been touched at all. I went back to the desk, complained, and they moved me to a differant room. This room had the same heater problem, and the light bulbs were missing in all but one lamp, and if you think thats good, when I opened the drawer on the bureau, it was full of old french fry's. NICE ! I informed the person on duty, but nothing was offered at that point....so I cut my losses, marked it up to experience and left. I will never go to another budget host.

Not good at all

This motel should be condemned. It is very nasty and in a bad part of the town. I will never go there again.
