Cigarette burns, broken tiles, bad directions!
The hotel staff (Kim) sent me 20miles out of my way when I asked her directionns from where I was! Then upon arriving told her where I had to be in the morning and she gave me wrong directions to there! So just to be sure I asked for directions in the morning, the gentleman at the desk told me those directions are wrong take exit 6B off 480 west and its right there! Nope wrong again, so I was late to my meeting! I should have taken 71 north to the 150th st exit! If you dont know, dont pretend you do! Broken tiles on the bathroom floor, cigarette burns on the counter as well as the night stand! The faucet on the jaccuzi was loose and not secure, it was also dirty! Would not stay there again! very comforable
Very good complimentary breakfast buffet. Nice pool / sauna / whirlpool with adjacent gym facility.

Very nice facility
We had a very nice, quite stay on the second floor...far away from the elevators. We did not hear any traffic noise from Interstate 480 at all!! We stayed two nights and everything was very comfortable. The full complimentary breakfast was quite nice for most travelers, including us. There was more than enough to choose from. It was also very nice to have free WiFI in our room and to have a microwave AND a refrigerator, too. All in all, we were very pleased. We wish we would have had the time to use the pool and exercise room, too.

Very nice stay at this Hampton
we reserved a non smoking room and when we got there the man ahead of us was very upset because he did not have a non smoking room. I was expecting the same problem but when I got to the desk the clerk said no problem our room was reserved online and paid and was waiting for us. It only got better from there. The room was nice and clean, smelled good and was away from the elevator. The pool and fitness room were great. There were 4 good restaurants within walking distance and the desk clerk was very helpful in giving us directions to a cinema. If we go back to Cleveland we would be ok with staying here.

Great place to stay if you're in town
The kids and I were in town visiting friends. I get a little scared when reserving hotels online. I've had several bad experiences. This Hampton Inn was a nice surprise :) The room and hotel was very clean. Had refrig. microwave, coffee pot. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool nad gym were clean. Very nice place to stay. There are a few resaurants within walking distance. The location can get a little congested during rush hour - other than that no problems at all. Close to I-480. Hampton Inn as a 100% satisfaction or your money back. I had no complaints. :)

Business Trip
The hotel is nice but they should make all the rooms non-smoking! The smell sticks to your clothes and everything. We have to go to a nearby Walmart to buy Febreze and several air fresheners. Its a fire hazard anyway. We can only book a smoking room because all of the non-smoking rooms are taken. Called the desk at 6am and let it ring for 15 minutes but no one answered. Called the desk because the toilet backed up.

Nice Place
We were in Brooklyn for a family wedding. The hotel was close to the church. Great friendly staff and breakfast was perfect. No complaints.
