VERY COMFORTABLE, A/C WAS GREAT IN HEAT,
NICE CLEAN ROOM. PRETTY SPACIOUS, QUITE, NEAR SEVERAL RESTAURANTS. COURTEOUS STAFF. I HAD AN A/C PROBLEM ON ARRIVAL. MOVED ME PROMPTLY TO ANOTHER ROOM WITH NO HASSLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Chipotle around the corner from the hotel. Great walking past McDonald's to a quiet neighborhood.

Nice, clean place
Nice hotel in a decent location (Blue Ash)with friendly staff and clean rooms. We stayed in the 2 bdrm. Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. No continental breakfast at this time, which was disappointing, but that is supposed to change soon. Our only complaint was that the bathroom shower faucet was noisy and wouldn't stay up. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up either.

the best thing was having two bedrooms had to request a replacement for the sleeper sofa mattress they don't make your bed on a daily basis it's basically a clean place to sleep

The hotel location was convenient to the client site; however, I requested maintenance for a slow leak in the bathroom that was not fixed.

Great place for a family to stay
We had a unit with two separate bedrooms, family room, and a galley kitchen/dining area. Basically, it was like a small apartment. We didn't use the kitchen, but it ws nice having so much space compared to a traditional hotel room for us to spread out a bit. My wife LOVED the mattress. She hates the hard mattresses that you often find in hotels, and our unit had high end mattresses (that we think were memory foam.)

Nice Room for Value
The front desk staff was great, and they were really friendly. The rooms were really nice and clean. Restaurants were literally next door, which made it easier. I didn't use it, but the pool seemed small as well as the fitness center.
