Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CINCINNATI-BLUE ASH

This hotel is your typical, average hotel room. Nothing spectacular or outstanding, but it's a nice place to stay. The indoor pool wasn't freezing cold, like many seem to be. Breakfast was decent. I would have liked to have more fruit options, but there was a nice selection and was kept well stocked. The décor is nice in the rooms, but the bed was squeaky and the pillows were very lumpy. I couldn't tell the difference between the ones marked "soft" vs the "firm" ones. The staff seemed very nice and helpful. Overall, it's your standard, run-of-the-mill hotel -- nothing to make it stand out, really, but it was a clean place to stay for the weekend.

We had a great time, the hotel room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time! The room was excellant, we did not hear noises and bumps like you do in other hotels. We slept like babies!!! We will definitely stay in Holiday Inn Expresses in the future!!

After checking in, I reported to the Front Desk that there was a stain on the floor that looked like a burn. As it turned out, it wasn't a burn, but was likely a spill that was sticky. The Front Desk said they would report it to the Manager the following morning. There was no offer to clean the spot nor to relocate to another room. I also got no feedback from the Manager over the course of my three night stay. The following day, we left the room close to 12:00pm and returned late that evening to find that the room had never been cleaned or straightened by housekeeping. I reported this to the Front Desk as well who said they would make a note of it. The elevator, on more than one occasion, was either wet, likely from guests using the pool, or dirty. Due to the lackluster response from the Desk Staff to resolve issues, as well as the cost/value ratio, I cannot recommend this facility nor would I wish to return.

Checking in was a bit onerous because the printer wasn't working properly.The lighting in the room was a bit dark. The pool was supposed to be open until 10 pm, but the lights weren't on and the lights weren't on a motion sensor, so finding the light switch was impossible. The television remote was extremely slow to change channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, though. The room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall, this is a perfectly fine hotel if you just need a place to sleep while out of town.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Because of my business seminar I needed to check in late and check out early and this was no problem. I did have trouble trying to figure out the tv channels as the numbers didn't seem to correspond to the in-room listing or the guide channel listing - but I assumed this was a cable company problem rather than a hotel problem.

I was staying at Holiday in express for personal/business reasons. The plumbing was an issue in that It was noisy. The pipes made loud "banging" all night. There was constant noise from other guests as well. The breakfast was subpar at best in that they couldn't keep the food restocked! Which forced me to go elsewhere for breakfast. I would not recommend Holiday Inn Blueash.

My husband and I needed at short get away. Room was very clean, beautiful comfortable bed. This was perfect, we got some shopping done and then relaxed in the in room jacuzzi. The only thing missing was the pool. When we arrive it was empty and closed. Other than that it was a wonderful relaxing time. Thanks.

My daughter and I were in Blue Ash for a family celebration, so we were most interested in its location which was within only a few miles of wherever we needed to be. After a long day of celebrating, we also wanted a good night's rest which we had as the beds were extremely comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed a good breakfast with a nice variety of choices. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amenities available to us.
