Checking in was a bit onerous because the printer wasn't working properly.The lighting in the room was a bit dark. The pool was supposed to be open until 10 pm, but the lights weren't on and the lights weren't on a motion sensor, so finding the light switch was impossible. The television remote was extremely slow to change channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, though. The room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall, this is a perfectly fine hotel if you just need a place to sleep while out of town.

Your basic business trip
Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Because of my business seminar I needed to check in late and check out early and this was no problem. I did have trouble trying to figure out the tv channels as the numbers didn't seem to correspond to the in-room listing or the guide channel listing - but I assumed this was a cable company problem rather than a hotel problem.

My stay at Blueash
I was staying at Holiday in express for personal/business reasons. The plumbing was an issue in that It was noisy. The pipes made loud "banging" all night. There was constant noise from other guests as well. The breakfast was subpar at best in that they couldn't keep the food restocked! Which forced me to go elsewhere for breakfast. I would not recommend Holiday Inn Blueash.

The Momma
Great Overnite Get Away
My husband and I needed at short get away. Room was very clean, beautiful comfortable bed. This was perfect, we got some shopping done and then relaxed in the in room jacuzzi. The only thing missing was the pool. When we arrive it was empty and closed. Other than that it was a wonderful relaxing time. Thanks.

Great aunt Carole
Comfortable and pleasant accomodations
My daughter and I were in Blue Ash for a family celebration, so we were most interested in its location which was within only a few miles of wherever we needed to be. After a long day of celebrating, we also wanted a good night's rest which we had as the beds were extremely comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed a good breakfast with a nice variety of choices. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amenities available to us.

Tried but could not solve a simple probl
We had a simple problem with the remote control. After trying 3 different remotes the woman at the desk gave up. The desk clerk the next day said the afternoon woman should have just replaced the TV. Simple thinking would have solved this minor irritation.

The Happy Weekenders
Great place to stay!
Our room and the service was great. I wish it would have been more then weekend trip so we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was also great, with good hot coffee available all day long.

Pleasantly Surprised
We stayed over a weekend. The staff couldn't have been better-friendly, professional. Room was clean with plenty of room. Great hot breakfast buffet. Indoor pool looked great, others were enjoying, but I ran out of time. Would recommend to others.

Grumpy Traveler
A Very Mixed Bag
Rooms standard Holiday Inn, not a penny extra spent on them. Breakfast coffee like dishwater, food minimal. Location out in the industrial boondocks. Price $92 per day no bargain for what we got.
