Cincinnati-area hotel has amenities for business and leisure travelers
The Hilton Garden Inn Blue Ash is located north of Cincinnati near Interstates 75 and 275. Several Fortune 500 companies maintain corporate headquarters in the area and the hotel offers a free shuttle to these offices. The hotel was excellent in every respect except one. The shower drain was blocked and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Although we notified the desk no action was taken during our stay.

Great hotel
We were in town visiting family. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk hotel staff. They were very helpful with any question we had. Our kids loved the pool. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

fantastic hotel at unbeatable price
Very enjoyable. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We never went without towels or personal items. I would like to return soon and would recommend your establishment to friends and family.

The staff is very familiar with all that goes on in and around the hotel. they were good to give brochures and directions to anywhere we wanted to go.

Surprisingly great
This was the venue for a large family event, with relatives coming from all over the place, a wide variety of ages and needs, and the hotel handled everything beautifully.

the Kenwood mall just down Kenwood is huge and very upscale - you can get just about anything you could possibly need down that way. I don't know if there's a restaurant onsite, but the catered buffet for dinner at the event and the brunch were excellent.

3 of us in one bed
Unfortunately the hotel put the 3 of us up in a room with a King Bed even though our reservation was for two Queen beds. The hotel was booked and could not move us to another room, so all three of us slept in one bed (at least it was our son. Though he was dreading the idea he still slept with us by clinging to the edge at one side of the king sized bed). To our surprise, the hotel took it upon themselves to not charge us for the room. It was free. What a nice surprise!!!!!

Great hotel
The hotel is in a nice area of Cincinnati. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you'd expect from a Hilton. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel, but not a great experience
I am a business traveler and stayed one night at this hotel. [...] The bed pillows were very comfortable, but the room I had was not at all cozy. I got the accessible room with lots of space for wheelchair or motorized cart, but not too comfortable for relaxing or lounging about. WiFi was a plus. Large desk made working easy. But watching TV from the stiff sitting chair lacked the comfort of home. I was very disappointed to learn the restaurant was closed at 8:50 pm when the sign said service until 10pm. At breakfast, there was food, but I had to chase down the waitress to ask for bowls, a spoon, and water. I was not impressed with the restaurant at all. The hot breakfast buffet and menu alternatives were each 9.95...not a great deal at all.

Fantastic location and staff
This was a great place to stay. The facility was very clean and peaceful. What made the stay outstanding was the staff. Each member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. I travel to Blue Ash monthly and have found my place to stay. Thank you

Terrific Staff, clean rooms
We chose this Hotel for our trip to Cincinati to go to Kings Island. It was close and in a beautiful town. The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly, but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were way too soft and flat.
