At Extended Stay America, only 16 miles from Cincinnati, guests find a friendly home away from home, whether they stay a day, a week or a month. Needs a good cleaning.

Our room was nice and big, two double beds and a kitchen. We needed a kitchen because eating out is difficult when you have food allergies. I had to go out and buy cleaning products and clean the kitchen thoroughly before I could use it. They didn't have any cleaning products available to us. The back of the bathroom door was horribly filthy. But, okay, the rest of the place was okay clean. The carpet was somewhat new and the bedding was fine and close to comfortable. I also found it very annoying that I had to take our used and damp towels down to the check-in desk in order to get clean fresh towels. Really? The maid couldn't have come up and exchanged them? I don't think you have to worry about anyone wanting to steal the small stiff scratchy towels. I'm saying I'd recommend it, but with reservations...take your own cleaning supplies if you want to use the ktichen. In all honesty, I'd probably stay there again, if I was out that way.

Cincinnati Music Fest

Eric was very accommodating to our concerns. He went above and beyond to please us . We really appreciate d that. The grab and go breakfast is just that no thrills or frills!

5 day stay during the week

room was clean and comfortable, parking was an issue one night due to construction trucks taking up several spaces, mix of quests (construction workers, business travelers, some families with kids. Was safe location, noise level was good, people using outdoor grills for cooking, pool was clean.

Didn't get the room paid for [...]

First time at a Homestead and won't stay again. When I checked in they told me that we would be in a different room than we paid for because all the rooms like the one we paid for was already taken. Went to Kings Island so it was a good location. Went to the continental breakfast and all was there was bagels, muffins and coffee. Not like other hotels with more selection for breakfast. Then when checked out they had our bill incorrect and the person working had no idea how to fix it and he couldn't get ahold of a manager...what a mess. So, I have no idea how much we will end up being charged and not even the room we paid for [...]

The horriable stay

First off when checked in did not give us the right rm and would not give another one either. when we got in the room it was dirty.the front desk said we had to clean it ourselves shower had hair all in it,freezer had dirt in bottom of it,kitchen floor had choc all over,took pics of all the nasty things in the rm. did not have a tub to give baby bath.had to get cleaning supplies from front desk. i would not stay there again. it was a verry interesting stay the least to say.

Nice Suites

Overall I was very pleased with the size and setup of the room. These are essentially extended stay suites with a kitchen and small living room with separate bedroom and bathroom. For the price they were an exceptional value. The continental breakfast in the morning was a bit disappointing as they had coffee and some packaged danishes in total. There was a little confusion about whether I should receive or not receive internet service, but they gave me the service for free. I was still required to register as if I would pay however the charges were waived.
