Embassy Suites Cincinnati - Northeast (Blue Ash)

Decor is starting to look dated and shabby. Breakfast was not up to the standards we have enjoyed at comparable hotels.

Great stay, BIG rooms, priced very well.

Got in at about 1 am, Checked in, and then found our bed to be covered with hair! Not 1 or 2, but tons of hair on the comforter, sheets and pillows. We were already so tired, and when we called the front desk they said we can give you new sheets but there is no one to change them. So they expected to dump off some linens and we were expected to change them! We asked to move to another room and all he could give us was a handicap friendly room. That was fine, but the bed was puny. The staff seemed reluctantly apologetic and never followed up to check if we wanted to move to a room with a standard bed the next day. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but the lobby area was nice. It has a small river with coy and turtles which was a nice touch. We wont be staying at this location again, but if you get an incredible deal I'd say go for it.

Good experience. Room was a little cold. Lock on door had to be repaired. Overall; good experience.

Wonderful, comfortable hotel with first class amenities. Great cooked to order breakfast and very nice complimentary managers's reception. Restaurant was very nice with excellent food. The staff makes this a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

They are efficient at the front desk. One concern...the check in person said that we do not qualify for Hilton Honors points if we use a third party booking company such as orbitz to make our reservations. That is a concern for us. I also was surprised to learn that the hotel was not completely non-smoking. According to the "rules" 10% or something like that of the rooms are smoking designated.

I loved it but there were ALOT of kids there. Not the hotels fault, however. I plan to stay here again and again.

Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast buffett and cook while you wait was a real treat. We could have gotten in and out fast or sit, eat and chat with friends and family in a leasurely invironment as we did. The baseball game pitted the Reds against the Cardinals. Even with the Reds losing, the week end was very enjoyable. Our Wives enjoyed shopping at several locations.

We had our annual family "Spring Break Weekend" at the Embassy Suites Blue Ash and, as in years past, were very pleased with the rooms, service and friendliness of the staff. Doug in the marketing department helped us reserve a small party room for our group of 25 people and it was just perfect! We swam in the afternoon in the beautiful indoor pool, then went back to the party room for games and fun after a short trip to the manager's special cocktail time. Everything was handled perfectly by the hotel management. We will return again same time next year!

the hotel is large but has a small property feel to it. the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and functional. the breakfast was great and included in the price. Nice location and a nice value.
