Don't call me
Just bad
KIds runing through the halls all night. Gave my cell number to the desk for the manager and recieved no call back. If you would like to sleep the night don't stay at this mad house.

Wonderful stay
We visited family and had a wonderful time. The hotel (for a "Courtyard") was clean updated, comfortable, and we asked for a quiet room and got one! The room was large with the amenities that we needed. Obviously it is not a Ritz Carlton, but it gets a five star from me for what it is and what they offer.

Entertainment tip:
Short drive from hotel
Shopping and sight seeing at Burton and Chagrin Falls. About a 20 minute drive to each one. Also The Debonne winery for taste testing and music. Debonne is about 40 minute drive (90E). Google for directions. Although the hotel offers a breakfast buffet, Bob Evans is right across the street. The famous Deli, "Corky's" is down the street on Chagrin Blvd.

great hotel to stay for a business trip
I really like the location of this hotel. It is close to many restaurants and nearby my business meetings. The things I wish it could offer were faster internet speed and free breakfast. I would definitely come back again if they offer those two things.

Good size room with a TV to match
This trip was for business. The room and the lobby were nicely decorated. The room was a good size with a 32" flat panel TV. The hotel has many surrounding resturants and a few are easily within walking distance. The hotel has a daily breakfast which is convienient for about $10.00. Although the exterior looks nice there is not much of an area to sit outdoors. There is a very small indoor pool and a small excercise room.

Clean and comfortable bed
While there at the hotel went to Beachwood Place and Legacy Village malls. They are great malls! 10 out of 10!! Definately recommend going to Sandusky, OH!! Cedar Point was an awesome ammusement park. One of the better trips I have taken in the past four years!!!! Booked trip on Orbitz.com.

Very Happy
We spent 2 nights, Fri. and Sat. Great breakfast ! Friendly staff. Great location, good restrants and shopping close. Would stay there again!!!
