Garden Place Hotel

We have been to this area numerous times and have always stayed with friends and relatives. This time we were in the area for a family wedding which took place in Clarence, NY. This hotel was very convenient to that location as well as to all major roads (Thruway, Rt. 33, I-290, Main St.) The room was huge! It had a king bed, large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate bathroom with a very large shower, all for a great rate which included a hot breakfast and a $20 discount on dinner. The staff was very friendly and efficient as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The Garden Place Hotel is unbelievable. It's located about 5 minutes from the airport. The decor is Italian and more than gorgeous. Our room had a hugh shower and a jacuzzi, king size bed. Awesome! We had the complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Our room was cleaned meticulously everyday. We did a lot of sight seeing while there. Only 30 minutes from Canada's side of Niagra Falls. You also get to mail postcards from the hotel and they pay the postage. Would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I were only taking a mini-vacation in our city. We wanted somewhere with a hot tub/Jacuzzi in the room to relax! Our suite was very clean and comfortable. It was more than we would have liked to spend on a one-night-getaway, but you do get what you pay for. We only wish it had a pool and for cheaper pay per view movies ($15.99 to watch a movie once is a bit outrageous). We did save about $20 by booking through Orbitz instead of the hotel.

GOOD CLEAN FRIENDLY PLACE. NEAR TO THE AIRPORT. GOOD HELP FROM THE STAFF.

We picked this hotel for our first trip to shop at the Gallaria Mall and discovered that it's also just south of another great mall on Transit Avenue iin Williamsville. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the free breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and ham, waffles and pastries. We eat breakfast one morning just 20 minutes between they closed and we still had everything to choose from. Many hotels we've been too only put out a certain amount of food. Not here! We would go back the next time we were in Buffalo.

I loved the jacuzzi! Location was great; could get just about anywhere in Buffalo and surrounding areas from here. Staff was helpful and courteous. My only suggestion would be to have more amenities. IE. Shop in hotel, room service for breakfast, put some envelopes and stationery in the room.

One of the desk managers went all out to help me. Didn't realize that the resturant was not on the premesis and ordering a meal at the bar meant that the food was brought over from the resturant which was really backed up the night I tried this. Seamws odd that at breakfast, they were out of 1/2 & 1/2and instead of buying some at a store. There just wasn't any.

We did the typical tourist vacation for 2 days hitting both Canada and what the are had to offer, ie: the guided Niagara Falls tour. We then went to several restaurants from the Dives, Diners and Drive Ins show and wasnt disapointed in any of them. The hotel, The Garden Place Hotel, was very nice and the staff was very attentive. They have a daily happy hour and unlimited coffee and cappacino 24 hours a day. The hotel is within 2 miles of the airport and 30 minutes from everywhere else. We had a good time and would refer this hotel to others.

Only draw back, jacuzzi in other room turned on late at night and noisy preventing sleep for awhile. Good breakfast and good service. very clean room.

Hotel is very nice. Strong Italian theme. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Hotel is very close to Salvatores Restaurant. Excellent dining experience at a reasonable price. Hotel is well located for shopping - about 15 minutes from the Galleria; also about 15 minutes by freeway from the Oulet Mall.
