I had lower expectations ..... Location was convenient. out of the city, yet close enough. Spacy rooms, well maintained. clean. Staff was nice, receptive and helpful.

Excellent Location, very Friendly Staff
The location was perfect; I didn't rent a car, and I didn't need to--the mall is literally right across the street, a delicious diner is in the same parking lot as the hotel, Walmart is right now the street, a grocery store is right next door, it was perfect! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport, and the price couldn't be beat. I was extremely pleased with my stay at this Ramada.

The room had a dog manuer smell that the hotel stall had attempted to cover with heavy perfume. Mildew on the shower curtain. General mildew scent from the AC. Hotel has outlived its usefulness.

Great weekend
We stay here once a year for our girls night out for the last three years. Very nice, but the jacuzzi which was installed needs to be revamped. The fan in the bathroom was removed. The output for the water needs to be cleaned a bit better. We did not use it for that reason...

Great little getaway!
The Ramada was a good choice for me as I was in Watertown to shop at the Salmon Run Mall, which is across the street from the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were very friendly and the pool was great! The only thing I would advise against is getting a room too close to the ice machine. It was a little noisy even in the middle of the night.

Loved Sackets Habor Brewing Company.
Fridge on the FLOOR!
I was searching for a hotel to stay at while I was in town. The room was small, and the curtains were blocking the AC. The small fridge was on the floor and didn't even open right. Parking was limited due to construction. Over all the staff was nice, but the stay could have been better.

We went to Watertown for shopping. The hotel location was perfect, quick to register, do not need car to go out for supper. Price was right. Definetely going back
