The room that we had booked was to be a king bed,smoking room. We checked in Thursday Feb 11, to a king non smoking room and was not told prior to booking that there were no smoking rooms available at the time or were told that the hotel was undering re-modeling

Front desk staff was surly and unhelpful in finding an additional reservation under same name for next day. Insisted there was none and then when "found" would not permit us to stay in the same room but moved our room for one day. Rooms were of good size but smelled of smoke even though none were smoking rooms

Pretty good hotel
The pool was much smaller than I expected, as was the fitness room. We could hear too much from the room next door.

Not a Hockey fan
Great hotel but check what is going on
There was a youth hockey tournament in town and some of the parents who accompanied them were the rudest, loudest and drunkest people I have ever had the misfortune to be around. They did not control their children at breakfast or when they returned from the tournament and then they proceeded to sit around the common area getting loaded. The staff did the best they could but this was not a pleasant experience.

Pretty Good!
Hotel was better than I expected. Over all for the price I paid- it was good. Room was clean and did not smell. Amenties were good, pool a bit small, but my kid still liked it. Breakfast was nice- one less expense for me. Staff was friendly. The halls were a bit beat up, wall paper was lifting, but my room was clean. There was a large group of Canadians staying there for Black friday shopping so it was noisy at night. Woke up a few times from ppl laughing next door. Overall good.

Good hotel, great price, nice pool. Even a complimentary shuttle to the Salmon Run.

Things about the floor plan
Not much available, snacks or drinks. Pool hours were not enough, most visitors arrive later, and the time to go to the pool, 8 pm is early for travellers.
