Good Stay
We enjoyed our week-end at the Best Western. The room was great, the bed was comfortable. We will be back. The breakfast was great!!! The only challenge was the pool was a bit chili.

Nice Hotel - just dreary area!
It was a nice hotel, nicely renovated and safe. It was close to where I needed to be in the morning but they really should do a better job taking care of snow removal. You would think that the people up there are best suited for it, but I think that they are so used to it, that it doesn't phase them to be constantly stepping in it. The breakfast was AWESOME! It was just what I needed to wake up to. Would absolutely go back just for that! Staff was pleasant.

An average place to stay. Pros - 1. Refrigerator in the room 2. Microwave in the room 3. Great breakfast in the morning Cons - 1. Left over from previous occupant, like some sunscreen and other stuff 2. Carpets are sticky. A pair of socks will be great. 3. Bathroom is too small and water dripping from few places

Important information
I went to do some shoppin tn the area with 2 of my kids, 1 of which is physically challenged Afer booking the room online I called the hotel to request the rooms be on the 1st floor & was told that a shower bench was not a problem Not only was there no shower bench in the room but I was also not told that there are stairs to their 1st floor room as well as stairs to get to the breakfast buffett (which was undercooked) & the parking lot. Had I known that I would have chosen a different hotel

Almost a good deal
The staff at the Reception was pretty good esp Melaione. Pros -Comp DVD Library - Was fun -Staff was cordial and friendly - Somebody came over at 1100 PM o replace our DVD player. -Breakfast is very good with Sunday brunch myriad of options. -Lots of Parking -2.5 miles from Watertown centre so good quiet part of the town -Swim pool was okay,not big though. -Beds were neat and tidily kept. -42 Inch LCD TV -Nice place to work out -Good Boardroom facilities cons: -The Carpet area at the common areas were worn off and had a odd odor(Not too bad,I should say) -Walls are thin so noisy neighbors is an issue you might have to deal with(But again the staff came up and asked the noisy folks to lower their voice) -Bathroom was a tiny bit smaller

Sightseeing Mom
Just OK
Visiting 1000 island area - Hotel room was clean, however there was dishes left from the previous guest in the hallway outside our door when we check in, the next morning they were still there. There was no shampoo in room when I inquired about this, I was told that they ran out, however she would see what she could do, never came back. Empty beer box left 2 days outside of elevator. Pool was dirty - no one was swimming. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was EXCELLENT!!
