First and Last time!

This Indian Casino should take Lessons from their competitors. Pricing at this casino is high, hotel staff was rude and aggressive, gaming here is at higher house odds! Restaurants are good quality but expensive!. Overall Senica Casino, or Foxwoods shows this place up ! Take the extra ride!

Overnight getaway

We were looking to relax, eat a good meal, and enjoy the nightlife. The food was great, the music at The Gig was incredible, and we had a great time. The cost of the room is a bit high, but the attractions make it worthwhile.

Girly Overnight Spa Day

We stayed overnight and enjoyed the Skana Spa.. It was great to stay on site rather than at a less expensive local place and have to drive over. The room was just what we wanted- a clean place to crash! We were, however, expecting Native American decor and found the generic hotel room a bit disappointing in that respect. We had nice weekday rates and that made for a nice overnight. We will stay here again!

room for improvement

The Casino and dining experience was fun. Being a non-smoker it's too bad the Casino doesn't have a non-smoking section. The room at the hotel was fine but there was a hint of that smoke from the Casino that seemed to filtrate through the room. There were some young adults returning to their rooms around 3:30 and they were quite loud in the hallway. Then there was music blasting from a room for about a half an hour after that. May consider staying in the tower next time.

Great Hotel Experience

We decided to book this hotel after a full day at the Syracuse mall. Being Valentines day thought we'd top off the day with some gaming at Turning Stone Casino and stay at their premier hotel. It was not a mistake. The room rate is expensive for the area but for a special stay it is well worth the amenities. We arrived to immediately having our car and baggage taken care of by a courteous valet. We entered the hotel lobby and at first were a bit confused since we did not see the normal registration counter with reservation staff. Instead we were directed to a private concierge wo greeted us and provided totally personalized service. The lodge is so warm and peaceful. It almost seems spiritual. It may be the Native American Indian influence but we couldn't get over how calm the entire facility seemed to be. No hustle and bustle like we've experienced at other casino hotels. When we got to our room things were even better. All rooms are suites with our room overlooking the snow covered grounds. There is a huge balcony that would be wonderful to use when weather conditions improved. The living room area is done in contemporary earth tones with beautiful finished built in cabinetry. Two wood framed glass doors lead to the bedroom area. The bedroom also had every amenity you'd expect including TV, excellent closet space, safe, terrycloth robes and slippers, and ample space. Both living and bed rooms have a wall of floor to ceiling windows that provide excellent natural light. The bathroom has contemporary fixtures with a stone tiled shower and soaking tub. Another unique feature is the bathrooms access from either the living or bedroom area. My wife and I tried to think of something that might be missing but we couldn't think of anything. Although the Lodge is connected to the casino by a second floor walkway you'd never know you were near all of the casino activity. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a special experience.

Location somewhat misleading

Stayed here over Christmas. I appeared to be getting a great bargain with listing address of 5218 Patrick road, which appeared to be on the Casino grounds. When I arrived, I was directed to the Inn at Turning Stone an off resort property. While I was disappointed with the location, the property was clean and a good value for the money. They had a shuttle to the Casino. My advice would be to check exactly what property you have committed to if the on site location is important to you.

Couples getaway

The staff and valet were very friendly. It was a nice overnight stay since we were on our way to Buffalo. The casino was a nice form of entertainment which helped the night go by quickly. We thought that the prices were a little steep at the Emerald Restaurant. We just wanted a small bite to eat and everything was in LARGE portions along with the prices, but the hotel accomodations were GREAT.
