SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tarrytown Greenburgh

Maybe is because its new, they dont have everything down pat, but here were my only problems. remote tv does not work 2 feet away from tv, so you must get up to change the channels. You are supposed to get a bottle of water, never got it even when i mentioned to the maid and front desk. asked the maid to clean my room after 11am and also the front desk but they seem to have forgotten. no free wifi. everything else is perfect. the bed, the pillows, the little desk with couch and table, the huge bathroom, ironing board and iron, huge closet, quiet, free continental breakfast with tons of options, free coffee all day, ample parking, pool, gym...

I have had great experiences at Spring Hill Suites over the years. I like the room set up,the parking is very convient the price seems to be competitive. The Fitness center is a disappointment,it could us some addtional equipment.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had zero issues, and it was an overall great room. Not extravagant or anything amazing but a clean, comfortable, and spacious room.

The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was nice having a large refridge in the room. The toiletries were disappointing.

We visited the hot tube and a local restaurant. It was quiet and there was a 24 snack store and coffee located in the lobby.

Had a pre-paid King Suite to get the lowest price. Checkin was quick. Asked if they ever or currently had bed bugs (the current big worry these days). Front desk staff were not only understanding of our concern, but first confirmed that they've never had bed bugs and then proceeded to described in detail their approach should they be discovered. This was done in a very reassuring way. Though we checked anyway (as we now always do), no indications. The suite was quite adequate for two people. I liked the ease of setting up the internet connection for my devices; the kitchenette with fridge was a convenience for our "travel foods." Morning continental breakfast had whipped eggs and sausage along with the standard continental breakfast fare. Seating was available even during the morning "rush." Checkout was a breeze! Just left the key and went to the car! Since room was pre-paid and no additional charges, we were on the road when we wanted to be and didn't have to do anything. Though our stay was short, we'll will place this property at the top of our list of places in this area upon our return to the area. Good job!

I had wonderful time here. Great place just to relax and enjoy peace and quiet.

The hotel was perfect for our trip and our budget. The room was cute, clean, and even had a sitting area and mini-fridge. The staff were very friendly, and I left some perishables at the hotel which they kept in the fridge for me until I could get back and pick them up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It started out good but got no sleep first night wa sby laundry room and constant slamming doors got moved and it was a lil better but took some work to get another room the rooms are spotless and their breakfast definately needs to be changed and made better and hours should extend to eleven am

Warm cookies after a hard days work sure tasted good!
