The staff at the hotel was excellent it was clean and well supplied with linens etc. The furniture was scratched and paint coming off of desk in several places. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and we would stay there again because of the warm and friendly staff

Nice room and close to the universityy.
Took a tour of Syracuse University and looked at places for our daughter to live if she decides on Syracuse. Check in was a breeze and staff was very helpful.

Great Place To Stay
This Ramada was everything I needed at a great price. The room was clean and the staff was efficient and courteous. The restaurant dinner I had was great and the bartenders were all good at getting everyone talking. The Ramada is less than 2 miles from the airport and the Thruway which in the winter makes travelling easier.

Courteous and helpful accommodations
Business trip for job interview and exploration of possible housing. I booked only one night but when i heard the predictions for heavy snow the next day, i was able to hold the room for the next night and front desk was very accommodating about this even thought they only had a few rooms available. However, false alarm with bad weather and in the morning easily cancelled the second night reservation.

Nice indoor pool and sauna/spa. Good free breakfast buffet. The room need a little modernization. ex. Refrigerator, Flat Screen HD TV, Closet. House Cleaning was excellent.
