Bed was so comfortable, room was clean. Staff was very helpful. I needed directions for the game and they printed them for me and made sure that it was the quickest way there. Breakfast was great there were many choices from a breakfast sandwich, home made waffles, ceral, yogart & fruit. I would stay her again.

We were pleased
For a one night stay this was very pleasant. Comfy bed, clean etc. Yes not the biggest rooms in the world, if you want that go to Nebraska. 3rd floor room facing Rt25 was perfectly quiet. Bathroom fan turns on with light switch, thats about the least appealing thing. Breakfast was good, bagels, eggs, quite a few choices including fresh fruit. The building doesn't look like much outside but nice inside. Some folks may have to park along street or in adjacent auto repair lot but its a quiet small street in a comfortable neighborhood and seemed very secure.

Basic, very clean
The desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was accessible either on street or under front roof. One entrance only through the front. One request to the front desk- to specifically tell future guests that the section of rooms we stayed in was in the 230's but across the hall from rooms in the low 200's,. We took a couple of turns around the floor before figuring that out. Continental breakfast served in a nicely appointed lobby equipped with courtesy laptops/printer. Hotel generally serves a single night business crowd so little cramped for 3 adults including a teen.

Amazing Conference Experience with My husband
I was not expecting at all what we saw, the hotel was beautiful and the people the staff they all were just zoo friendly and very proffessional but at the same time easygoing and they had information already about the Coliseum address and directions. The room was very big and the beds too I also requested an extra bed and was pretty comfortable everything was just perfect I will 200% stay in this hotel again. Almost forgot about breakfast was delicious they had all these kind of food and also one thing that I LOVED was that you can make your own waffle!!! very lovely :) so if you are looking for a hotel in this area or in NY believe this is the best you can get with everything include for a great price don't stress anymore

Just a room
Pretty ordinary - clean enough, but noisy rooms, AC not so good. The noise was from outside, so ti was mostly the location that wasn't so good. People were nice enough. Overall, nothing special. On a good point, there is a Chinese restaurant that delivers if you're hungry, and it WAS delicious.

Long Island Road Trip
The Hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful. One problem, the room was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. It was smaller than some cruise ships.
