Roosevelt Inn And Suites

The Roosevelt was a great place to stay. It is right outside of the Village of Saratoga Springs and is a great value. The room we were in was actually a suite and although it was a little dated, it was nicely appointed and very clean. There were 2 huge rooma and a very large bathroom with stll shower and soaking tub. In addition there is a SPA available, and an indoor pool and health club. I will definitely stay there again.

Our saty was fabulous, the staff were great and we were upgraded to the exective suite! Loved it! We will surely stay there again!

This relatively inexpensive motel is unexpectedly spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely. At three miles outside of town it's too far to walk but a quick drive into downtown Saratoga Springs. Clean, safe and pleasant, it's a good alternative to the pricier in-town places and far nicer than other "strip" motels. Be careful though -- the GPS is not reliable so make sure you take accurate driving directions before coming!

For a senior citizen with bad hip and back, parking was a long walk from the room. Carpets needed deep cleaning. Website touted a full-service restaurant on the premises, but Finish Line was closed down. No juice or milk (other than coffee creamer pitcher) for grandchildren children at breakfast bar. We'll go elsewhere next trip.

good clean accomodations. If you are on the first floor with occupant on 2nd you are likely to hear them walking around. enjoyable stay. great spa amenities .

Great hotel. Right off the highway on route 9. The main drag. A bit of a ride to downtown Saratoga but not a problem. It's quiet and has everything you could ask for in a hotel. The Bar is a bit outdated but ironically, it works. Vintage is a good word for it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledge about the local surroundings. It's a quick cab ride to downtown or the race track so there's no need to drive. I traveled with some friends and next time Im bringing the whole family. I would return to this hotel without a doubt.

Room needs improvement in decor and cleanliness. Bed covers dirty, room smell like a brewery. Indoor pool nice.

The beds were comfy; the room was clean. The bath could have been cleaner but certainly not terrible. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was practically non-existent. The staff however, was fabulous!!!

A perfectly decent place to stay. Clean room, nice staff. Nothing special and not cheap given what you get but we liked it. Breakfast is pastries and cereal- we made it work by bringing some nice goat cheese to spread on the muffins.

[...] When we arrived on Friday they gave us a room which could not accomodate three women. Only two double beds when we had booked a room with two doubles and a pull out sofa. They suggested we use a roll away bed - appropriate for a child. Messed up the four day weekend - could not move us to a room with sufficient beds until Sunday night, as it was Jazz fesitval weekend which is why we were there. On friend could not join us as there was no place for her to sleep. They were nasty - Friday night ...nicer Sunday night they changed our room. [...] They did not offer ANY reduction in rate charged. ALSO - claimed they had no COFFEE pots in room thpe they gave us - unblievable - we had to go out and buy one and that the indoor pool and sauna ONLY for guests with "suite" rooms. Although they gave us one of those on Sunday night --- they claim these are the only ones which include sofa beds. It is a nice place if you get what you booked, in advacnce, for a weekend which everyone knows is sold out. Is there any way you can help us with this? We choose a more expensive place for the amenities and paid more than other places for the ability to accomodate three adults.
