Last Minute
We called the day before to see if we could check in early due to an early morning flight and an afternoon viewing due to a death in the family. We were not disappointed when we arrived. We were greeted with a friendly staff and given a room that was ready for us to refresh and head right back out. Upon our return later in the evening, we enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea and sit in front of the fireplace downstairs before heading to our room for the evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Dirty Roomn
Checked in mid January and was told only room available was handicapped. Didn't see any problem. Room was on 1st floor and always was cold. Bathroom was freezing. When we went to sleep, THERE WERE DIRTY SOCKS IN THE BED. THE STAFF HAD NEVER CHANGED THE SHEETS. When we complained to management, they made NO ATTEMPT to offer us anything. Will never stay at this "Hotel" again. Very poor service, management was terrible. No excuse for the way were treated.

Great Hotel
Went to the Dance Flurry in Saratoga Springs that was at the other Hilton. We stayed at the other Hilton last year where the dance flurry was but it was $134 a nite. The Hilton Garden was alot cheaper and more comfortable. With adjustable King beds and a nice whirlpool. Great place to stay great price. but the parking lot was full. They should add parking.

Quiet & relaxing
Very nice location, on the "quiet " end of Broadway. Easy access to all of Saratoga with eats only a short walk. No charge parking a major plus.

OK, STAFF WONDERFUL, AMMENITIES SO SO.
IT WAS A VERY LONG WALKING DISTANCE TO SARATOGA RACE TRACK. I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE CAR AND NO CAR SERVICE WAS MADE AVAILABLE BY HOTEL. IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND THOUGHT THE HOTEL SHOULD PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION BEING THE HOTEL COST WAS HIGH.

we came to experience Saratoga Racing-the hotel was located within walking distance of the race track and downtown-and just a quick drive to harness racing

Great Location, walk to the track
We're annual visitors to Saratoga during racing season. This was our first stay at the Hilton Garden and we will definately be back. The price was less than any of the nicer bed and breakfast inns that we stayed in previously, our room was large,clean,with a small fridge and a microwave oven. (great for the leftovers from dining out the night before) Its a pleasant 20 minute walk to the track, and even closer to all the shops and restaurants along Broadway. Its a winner!!!

Short walk from hotel
After having a nice dinner downtown, stroll along Broadway, and stop at Alexanders ice cream, just across the street and a little north of the hotel. Huge delicious sugar cone with 3 large scoops of great ice cream for about $3. Two of us shared one and couldn't finish it all.
