Clean and basic
This hotel was driving distance to downtown Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Park. The hotel was clean and had all the basic fixings for a comfortable stay. My room seemed to be missing a small table that is very common in most motel rooms. There were two chairs sitting next to each other that would go with a table, but no table to work on or place a bag on? It was a basic room with minimum extras, but it was clean and comfortable for the night I stayed.

OK, but
The accommodations were acceptable, nothing special. The continental breakfast was scary--the mini-box of Raisin Bran was decrepit looking and moldy.

We stayed here during the americade in lake george . It was clean quite and comfortable. They were very accommodating to bikers and very helpfull. The only complaints are the water pressure could be better and the coffee cups at breakfast could be bigger. On the plus side the waffles were phenomanal, the best waffles I've had in years. The hotel amenities scored low because the pool and jaccuzzi were still under const.

PJ's bar-b-que right accross the street is fair bbq their own loganberry soft drink is a must try.

Booking nightmare through [...]
I had booked a room a month in advance through your company. I explained to your rep that I wanted a King size bed in a non-smoking room. I also called the hotel the night I booked the room to confirm that I would have what I requested and was told by your rep and the hotel itself that I would have the accomodations I wanted. When we got to Saratoga the morning of August 19 I called the hotel @10:00am and asked if my accomodations would be met and they said yes. I was given 2 double beds in a smoking room because they said when companies like your book rooms you take and give what ever is left over. I booked a month in advance and was given the exact opposite of what I booked in advance.

Quiet Hotel
Likes: Friendly staff, decent continental breakfast, clean large room. Dislikes: The supposed "high-speed" wireless did not work and I instead needed to use a wire connection in the wall and the speed was somewhat slow & the hotel is located further from "downtown" than I expected

Nice Place To Stay
When I arrived to check in, I was greeted by a very friendly employee. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The have a complimentery continental breakfast. Be sure to use the waffle maker. The hotel is just a short drive to Downtown Saratoga and the Racetrack.

Downtown has alot of fine Dining. I ate at Lillians on Broadway. The food and service was excellent. I strongly recommend it.
