Downtown hotel connected to the convention center
Spacious rooms with wireless Internet access appeal to both families and business travelers at Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside Center. Set along the Genesee River in downtown Rochester, some rooms offer river views. Southern Tier gal
Room with a view??
This was our second stay at this hotel. Previously, we went with the cheaper rate & received a room on the river about 6 floors up--room was small, but view & staff were nice. This time decided to go with more expensive registration that advertised larger "suite at club level" with view of river & microwave & fridge amenities--thinking the room would be larger. Unfortunately, we got a view of the top of the parking deck & dilapidated buildings of downtown. The fridge/microwave cabinet used up space that was already not "there" in the smaller, cheaper room. Should have gone cheaper...at least I would have felt I got my money's worth...

Awesome Downtown Location
It was a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Our view was outstanding!!! Only thing I wish the room had a small frig. Everything else was great, would recommend it highly. Rochester was a nice city to visit.

One Night Only
It was okay. Nothing special. Not horrible.
The hotel restaurant, Legends, was a mess. Woefully understaffed

Convenient and good value
Good location...easy to get in and out of the city, walkable to restaurants and such. Paying to park is lame, but was only $7. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Room could stand a bit more soundproofing...our neighbor's TV woke me up at the crack of dawn.

Subpar Hotel Chain Experience
Stained carpets, dirty ironing board, late airport shuttle, decor from the Reagan era, horrible plasma TV picture, no iPod docking station on room clock radio - only stayed here because of Orbitz package discount - not worth it.

A great place in Rochester
The hotel is located on the river and is as easily reached as anything in Rochester, which is a welter of short, one way streets that require a map to navigate. Everyone was friendly and cooperative.

There is not much on a weekend open, though there was a fine Caribbean restaurant just across the Main Street bridge from the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves a variety of good food.

Perfectly fine place to stay in Rochester
Service at the hotel was fine, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The restaurant in the hotel is fine, not great, but a reasonable alternative. A good place to set up shop for parents visiting college students in town.

Noisy Room
Everything was fine until 2am loud voices in the next room. It sound like breaktime , people laughing and joking, some one talking on a walkie talkie, or cell phone with the speaker on. 3am everything was quiet, but I coundn't get back to sleep

Wedding Stay
The hotel is typical of a city that has seen the affects of losing multipal industries. It needs to be updated and moderized. The surounding area is depressed and run down. I would not stay there again
