overnight for business
not great
arrived at Rochester airport and discovered the wait for the hotel shuttle would take at least 35 minutes to arrive, so I took a taxi. The hotel compensated me by giving me a voucher for a free breakfast from the buffet (hardly compensation) - the room was so-so -- no TV channel guide (this was not my home town), no tissues in the bathroom, no ice or vending machines on the floor -- all in all, not great.

My goal was to be close to RIT, so this was really the best option. The hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of the sleep number beds, but they were good enough for a couple nights.

Sleep Number Beds!!
I have back and neck problems and the sleep number bed really helped in getting a goodnight's rest.

Very enjoyable stay
We were there for a family reunion held in near by Victor. The hotel is only minutes from the airport and just down the street from any shopping and fast food for convenience. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was quiet (no traffic noise from the hallway} and comfortable. I slept very well. If the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to return to this hotel.

We took in a lot of the sites along the Erie canal and Niagara Falls all within two hours from the hotel. This location gave us many options.

bed had adjustable hardness setting - usually hotel beds kill my back because they are too soft - I woke up with no back pain here..
