Convenient location in Henrietta

My goal was to be close to RIT, so this was really the best option. The hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of the sleep number beds, but they were good enough for a couple nights.

Very enjoyable stay

We were there for a family reunion held in near by Victor. The hotel is only minutes from the airport and just down the street from any shopping and fast food for convenience. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was quiet (no traffic noise from the hallway} and comfortable. I slept very well. If the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

We took in a lot of the sites along the Erie canal and Niagara Falls all within two hours from the hotel. This location gave us many options.

bed had adjustable hardness setting - usually hotel beds kill my back because they are too soft - I woke up with no back pain here..

Not too shabby

Not too shabby, Friendly staff, fairly nice room, even if it was somewhat plain. While on our weekend getaway the room was designed to be used only for sleeping, there were just a few minor issues I would warn about. But lets start from the beginning. We arrived a bit early, were greeted with smiles from a pleasant staff. The lobby is clean, and looks nice. Our room was decent, a bit crowded, but it is a hotel, not an apartment. King size sleep number bed, was OK, not that impressed with the bed. Bathroom was a little small, toilet was very slow to flush, and probably the biggest problem, the bath mat was glued down and starting to peel, leaving a really gross looking mess underneath. Our only other issue was the closet doors that refused to stay on track, and looked like they had been through a war. All in all, I would say if you're looking for well priced average hotel this is the one you should look into.
