Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Chili/Rochester Airport

Overall we were pleased. Pillows were a bit hard and the walls were thin. But staff was friendly.

I only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful, room extremely clean though small (but that's all I needed). Bed was comfortable. Quite good selection for just offering a continental breakfast. Motel is very new. A little difficult to find, as it is set back from road behind several buildings. I would stay there again.

My 1-queen-bed room was very compact, but clean and comfortable, and I had no trouble with noise. Amenities limited, but for those who just need a good night's sleep, perfectly adequate. Window seat was comfortable - a clever way of expanding the useable space - and outlets and wi-fi were handy.

Excellent service comparing to the price. I will definitely go again!

We happened to be in a room connected via an inner door to the room next door...everytime our neighbors opened or shut their door to the hallway, it sounded--and felt--as though they were coming into our room! Walls very thin. Fotunately they went to sleep when we did and we were not disturbed at night. Our room was small but adequate except that there was no gentle lighting possibility, and in the bathroom only a tiny wall-mounted shelf for parking toiletries (there was no conter top around the sink).

The room was comfortable. There was a towel that needed cleaning(had a little stain), but the rest of the room was clean. If you can avoid having a room with an door joining the next room, do it. We could hear everything in the other room.

This hotel is brand new, so it gets 5 stars at this point. Our room smelled a bit odd at first, but perhaps its the Microtel new hotel smell (?), because it is a non-smoking facility. We had two different rooms: > a single queen room which is very small (but it works because of design) > later we had a queen suite, which was roomy. Bathrooms very nice. Queen Room had fridge; suite has fridge and microwave. Lobby nice with neat little business center area. Breakfast area nice although the fare is pretty bare bones, but on par for this price range. Great value at this point.
