Clean and staff friendly
Reserved a room with 2 full beds. The room was clean, heat/ac in great working order, beds comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool. THe gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and able to point us in the direction of good food. The breakfast was a nice touch with a good variety, but the poor lady working it couldn't seem to be able to keep up with the demand.

I had business downtown but didn't want to stay there. This hotel was priced right clean and convenient to downtown and also the interstate for easy acces coming into the Rochester area.

Rochester NY stay...
The hotel was easily accessable to the freeway....rooms were small but clean, breakfast every morning was average.....

Wonderful Stay
I'm your typical road warrior. So, the things that I appreciate are speedy checkin and attention to detail. Also, I absolutely loved the hot breakfast here. The staff was attentive

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. the location is perfect for our family and the price was wonderful. The guests especially liked the cookies at night and the excellent breakfast in the morning.

Pleasantly suprised
My husband and I were looking for a place to stay for the night because we had to move our daughter into her dorm room at Rochester University. I chose La Quinta because it was close to the school and reasonably priced, but was not expecting much. After a long day of driving and unpacking, we arrived at the motel very late and exhausted. The front desk staff was very pleasant and we were settled into our room in a few minutes. The room was very clean and looked to have been recently renovated. We had not expected such nice accommodations for price. The convenient continental breakfast allowed us to get back to the university very quickly without having to find a place to have breakfast. We will definitely book our next stay there when we come back to visit our daughter.

Nice, remodeled, not sure about the pets
Nice hotel, recently remodeled. Pets are allowed and while I was staying there I saw several dogs. At one point as I was walking down the hall I heard one barking in a room. It really didn't bother me just kind of different.
