La Quinta Inn Rochester North

very fine hotel. Very competitive prices. I'd certainly return to this hotel again for my next visit to Rochester.

I enjoyed my stay in LaQuinta Inn in Rochester, N.Y. The rooms were clean and very well appointed. The hotel was minutes from evrything, food, drinks, shopping, local attractions, etc., and also very close to the Airport and major highways.There is so much to do, you need extra hours in the day; from museums, historic trails, and local landmarks, winery tours, canal curising, local farmers market, outlet shopping, amusement parks, and crusiing through Wegmans " super " supermarket, there is defininitely something for everyone. The hotel satff was very helpful and every morning we looked forward to fresh coffee, juice and a a bountiful bufffet breakfast. I generally enjoy being close to all the local attractions and La Quinta inn was ideally situated

Good front desk clerk, good overall cleanliness but I am allergic to smoke and scents and even though I was in a non-smoking second floor room I could smell the residual smoke in the room coming from other rooms...woke up with a totally plugged up nose. Other than that it was great. Ohh, forgot about the deodorizer in the gym...every few minuts it sprays this scent to mask odours but I could not finish my workout because of the chemical smell - prefer the scent of b.o.!

Overall the hotel was OK. I just wish the hotel had a fridge in the room to keep stuff cool throughout the night.

Breakfast was great, hotel staff helpful and the room was clean. The other guest were polite and quiet.

Room was very clean bed was nice and comfortable near airport It was a quite a surprise, it does not look great on the outside we were happy we stayed price was GREAT!

I'm quite sure that this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The sheets and bedspreads were dirty upon arrival. The bedspreads had some hard, crusty things stuck on them. On the first night, I found some weird thing in the sheets that looked like animal hair. Even after they supposedly changed them (after 3 days by default), I found someone else's hair on the sheets (it was obvious that it was not my own because my hair is extremely short). I found dirty children's clothing wedged between the nightstand and the wall, apparently left by a previous guest. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor in particular looked like it had never been cleaned. There was some brown filth on the inside of the door that I could not identify (and was afraid to try to). Other peoples' hair was on the floor. The bathroom is so tiny that you can't even get in and close the door without shoving yourself between the sink and toilet. Forget about getting more than one person in there. The shower head fell off when I turned the water on. It was ... interesting showering with no shower head. The carpeting was filthy to the point of nauseating. Walking around for 5 minutes will make your socks black. I will never, EVER stay at a La Quinta Inn again, nor will any of my family members.

The reception staff was helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The free Internet connectivity was very important and it worked flawlessly. Throughout the visit the staff made sure that I had everything I needed, they were pleasant and professional.

The hotel met my needs perfectly. I was a very short drive from the Convention Center and the hotel was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room felt clean. I knew ahead of time that there was not a refrigerator so I did bring a cooler... which was a smart move. Everything worked in the room and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely go back in the future.
