Fairfield Inn by Marriott Rochester Airport

Super location for Rochester Airport. You can literally walk into the terminal. The rooms were surprising well decorated and clean. Towels were pretty skimpy & thin, and our room had some sort of plumbing issue where the sink drained terribly slow and gurgled often. What was really odd was that both desk clerks at check in & check out had their complete demeanor change when they saw I booked through Orbitz. "Oh, you used Orbitz..." . Not sure what that was about, but when both of them did it, it was rather odd...

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Can't get any better for location at an airport either! Quiet and clean rooms. I would also recommend parking one's car there for an extremely reasonable rate. Overall a great airport hotel!

This hotel is a 3 star in my book, new and in a great location. The rooms are standard, small, clean no frills. The hotel is about 100 yards from the terminal gate and really convenient for 5AM flights! This hotel would have met my expectations if the front desk associate knew procedures for checking in people who reserve rooms from travel sites like this one.

We spent only one night & were very satisfied. The beds were so comfortable - we felt like we were sleeping on clouds! Delicious continental breakfast. Pool was a little small - but our girls enjoyed it thoroughly. Very clean, pleasant service & although it's located at the airport - I only remember hearing 2 planes! I would stay here again!

The hotel was average. The rooms were nice but somewhat plain. Outlets were hard to get to, the toilets were very very noisy, the rooms were quite small and I think there should have been more provided for the price paid. But overall, the servie was great, continental breakfast was great, wellness center was great as well. Also, the pool was very small and not very clean.
