Will use this one again...
Only problem as such was that the half divider between bed and sofa (which was used for sleeping) didn't really allow good tv viewing. Either another tv or change sofa direction. Pool area clean and available. Breakfast was ok....didn't really like hard boiled eggs as the egg serving***.

Unforgettable Sister Experience!
The Comfort Suites were great. While in Rochester I visited Niagara Falls, went to a concert in Canadaigua, and visited with my daughter, granddaughter, and son-in-law.

RIT MOM
WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
We arrived to find the toilet in our room not working. Reported to the front desk clerk, 3 times. She said she was the only person on duty. 3 story hotel and only 1 person working?! THey never fixed the toilet, didn't move to another room and now won't refund our money because the problem isn't recorded in their logbook. ??? Pass this one by. THere are $39 rooms with better service.

All the comforts of home, almost.
It offered me a place to launch my day from either quiet time in my room or dip in the jacuzzi. And then a retreat to the same in the evening. The Breakfast lady was friendly and never ran out even when it was busy. Good variety-I was there 6 mornings. The housekeeping staff was efficient and congenial. The staff was present but not predominant on the scene. On my last evening there was a LARGE group of partying young soccer players. When I called down to the office, the quiet came quickly. A well handled situation. I would definitely return.

Rochester , especially in the summer has free concerts, festivals and many wonderful things to see & hear. Nothing is very far from anything. 17 minutes from Lake Ontario Charlotte beach to my hotel. GPS helps, though with the well inter-connected highway system

Just don't like it that dogs are allowed in the rooms. One dog on our floor yipped for about 30 minutes saturday morning -probably while its owners were down having breakfast. By the way, the breakfast room was very comfortable and food very good- the food attendant was extra friendly and wanted to be sure every one had what they needed.

Nice Hotel, Clean and good staff.
Enjoyed our stay, even though it was for a funeral. Price was a little high for the type hotel. I would definitely reccomend. Close to resturants and other amenities.

Family Friendly
We stayed here for three days with our two grown daughters and two young granddaughters. The girls loved relaxing in the pool after a busy day. Area attractions were easy to reach from here, and restaurants and shopping were close

My review of Comfort Suites Rochester
excelolent value for the money. breakfast is a full meal and well prepared. the pool and hotel are well maintained and travelling with children was an easy experience.we had a family room and it was comforetable with an extra cot for 2 adults and two teenagers.
