tried multiple rooms, same smoky smell in all of them. staff willingly switched our room, but it didn't get any better.

A good Experience
it was a good comfortable experience but it could be improved in terms of service, for example, everytime we enterd the room after a long day of driving around we found no shampoos or bodywash which I think is very important and we also found no coffee becide the coffee maker. and we are a vegetarian family so we had a problem with the eggs durring breakfast because they were mixed with the meat, so I think different spoons should be used for the eggs and the meat. W've been to other best western hotels and the service was better than this, but overall it was a good experience

Short drive from hotel
Close to malls and restaurants and is also located in a good location which is far from the noisy city but stil close to some good places which are worth visiting.

Ok quality
It was an average experience. We got a first floor room and worried about being disturbed at night but that didn't happen. What did happen is that the alarm clock in the next room, which was an empty room was set up to go on at 6 a.m. We were woken up by the noise of the radio and could not go back to sleep. The staff needs to pay attention to that.

Great Value
The staff at this hotel are wonderful and aim to please. We had a problem with our room (not due to the hotel) and they changed our room right away. The staff serving breakfast was very friendly. Overall, great value for the money. It's not a high end hotel in cost, but in value, it is high end. And for a great dinner check out "Sticky Lips BBQ" , right next door. In addition, there are some neat factory stores behind the hotel. Check out the spice store - great selection for cooks and bakers. We stay at this hotel while visiting our daughter who attends U of Rochester

OK stay
Good location. Rooms very small. The only thing that was disappointing was it stated full hot breakfast. This was not really what we expected. It was more of a continental breakfast with a tray of scrambled eggs. We ended up going out to breakfast instead.

Something missing, but has potential
The room was nice and the location was good. The first morning, we left a tip for the cleaning person and wrote a note requesting an additional bottle of shampoo. We did not get an extra bottle. The second day, we had the privacy please card in place until 12:30 pm, when we left for a wedding. There were cleaning staff around when we left. When we got back around midnight, we were disappointed to find an untouched room. The room was difficult to heat as well, so I slept in sweats. The breakfast was nice.

Excellent value
The full hot breakfast was excellent. Not only did it save us money going out to eat for breakfast but it saves loads of time that can be devoted to your activities away from the hotel or resturants.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
My husband and I needed a conveniently located hotel to stay at overnight when we visited our daughter at college. This hotel fit the bill. It's nothing fancy but is clean, comfortable and close to plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. It was a good value.

easy & efficient
we were just there for sleeping as we were attending different functions, it was easy to get to our hotel from the venues where our functions were held will try & stay there again. when we attend another sporting event
