OMG!!! It was so bad.

This was suppose to be a leisure trip. Vacation. Oh My God! They gave me room 11 the one with 2 slabs of paneling held together with 2x4's to make a door for the bathroom. That room smelled sooo bad, like urine and filth. I asked to be moved and he moved me to a better room. But the smell was just as bad. I spray the room with Febreze and the smell would NOT leave. Had to shake the sheets off cuz we felt like bugs were crawling on us. They changed the sheets for us. But the damage was already done. Never again will I stay in anything that looks like that!!! 2 thumbs down on this one.

Bare bones and dumpy

The room was run down, poorly maintained and smelled strongly of chemicals. The bathroom door was two sheets of paneling and was cracked. The main door knob was dented and the key had to be fiddled with to get to work. The desk clerk at first could not find my reservation. They did not provide access to basics like ice - so much for my drink before turning in. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel was inexpensive, pretty clean, but run down and a bit of a dump.

It's a little less than what you pay for

No problem with our late arrival, but we had to ask for a different room because the window did not close properly, lightbulb needed to be changed. There is a lot of traffic noise during night as well. I would say if they were charging 20% less may have ben more appropriate.

friendly staff, nice service

hotel staff were very friendly, rooms were also noce and comfortable, the location of motel is very good, it is near to all the attraction and restaurants.

were the ONLY customers

Overall trip to Falls was great-visited with daughter- but this Motel was the pits---ZERO amenities-also we were the ONLY customers--- Second worst Motel I have stayed in in 60 years of travel
