Overworked Scientist
Home on vacation
A very comfortable hotel for a couple or laid-back family. Not probably the best choice if you have 2 or 3 restless kids that need to run around a big lobby. Staff was great, and other guests were pleasant. Small but quality workout room and wonderful viewing lounge on upper floor. Very nice experience.

Very nice stay
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great view in the sky lounge, within walking distance of many places. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Hotel and fantastic service
Great rooms with secured gated parking. Free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius. Really nice complimentary breakfast! Bacon, sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, waffles and pastries. All your juices and milk.The staff was overly accommodating to our every need. A wonderful experience for us! We highly recommend this hotel that is only a 8 minute walk from the Falls.

Red Coach Inn has a really nice dine in restaurant. Large Queen Ann chairs and booths also a HUGE fireplace creates a great atmosphere for a nice romantic evening

Excellent Happy Stay!
Very cool location near the actual falls, friendly people on the front desk and all around the hotel, great amenities, hot delicious breakfast and warm cookies, very clean rooms, overall would recomend for this hotel to be your choice!

The Place to Stay at Niagara Falls
If you are staying on the US side of the falls area, this is probably your best bet for a hotel. Nice rooms, nice bar area downstairs, and walking distance to the falls. Friendly staff.

Weekend traveler 2012
Fantastic mini vacation
The hotel is within walking distance from everything ... I rented a car and parked it for there was no need for it. The staff were very friendly. On the 17th floor they have an observation floor and you are able to see and take pictures all around. This hotel is also one of the tallest buildings In town so it's pretty hard to loose your way, just look up and you will easily find your way back.. I definately plan on returning here soon... The falls are just magical. My girlfriendand I just couldnt get enough... I highly recommend

Aniversary trip
Fantastic!
My wife and I stayed here for last minute vacation and a absolutely loved it. It's right next to the falls and casino. Any place you want to go is within walking distance. We gave our car to the valet and never used it the entire time we were there. Parking was free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! Next time we go to Niagara Falls we will stay with them again. No question about it.

The place to stay at Niagara Falls, NY
I spent 2 nights with my child at the Giacomo and it was just a breath of fresh air after spending some time in NYC hotels. It was much closer to Niagara Falls than I expected. A food court, Fridays, Starbucks and Hard Rock Cafe are just a few steps away. The room was spacious and beautiful. When I arrived I was able to make a very much needed cup of coffee and enjoy chocolates. The breakfast, complimentary wifi, driver, and use of printer just made everything easy and pleasant. The only problem I had was that it was hard for me and my child to sleep because our room was located on the second floor which was noisy from the live jazz downstairs, people chatting in the parking lot and garbage trucks in the morning. Next time, I will request a room in a higher floor since everything in this hotel is just wonderful.
