nice staff, dirty towels
the vintage aged 50s rugs were apparent and contrasted nicely with the black ceiling mold. The thin ceiling was nostalgic as it reminded me of my college dorm listening to my friends every word in the room above me. The frigid pool was a treat as no one else could swim there and I was able to make cellphone calls in peace . The cremora coffee was good and the nice ladies there were really the hotels only asset. Without them the place was absolutely without any redeeming qualities other than proximity to Falls and being next to Seneca Casino

Disgusted Guest
20th wedding anniversary getaway
This hotel was AWFUL! Not only did it smell disgusting, it looked just as bad. The room had been cleaned (for lack of a better word) after the last guests, but the maid NEVER took their used washcloth out of the shower! The view was of the dilapidated neighborhood that surrounded the property. I know the hotel is not responsible for the area around it, however they made no effort to improve the look of their property. I have stayed in other Super 8's, but I have never, ever been so appalled at the condition of the premises before this one. It was so bad that we had to find another hotel (which took us 3 hours due to a lack of vacancies because of a convention in town that weekend) because there was no way I was going to stay there. As for the staff, the woman who checked us in was more involved with the other employee that was leaving that she never really gave us the time of day. When we came back and told her we wanted to check out and receive a refund she was extremely rude to us. She insisted we had been in the room for over 3 hours (she never saw us walk right past her to leave) so it was considered a full day stay. Then she very adamantly told us we requested a smoking room so therefore the room would have a slight smell to it. My husband & I DO NOT smoke & he has asthma so why would we request a smoking room????? Needless to say I will be sending Super 8 a not so nice complaint as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE EVER!!!!!

It's ok.
You get what you paid for. It is close but not too close to the falls. There are other hotels you can choose if you want a hotel really close to the falls. Breakfast is not good.

horrible experience
Worst..!! Hotel windows were full of spiders....I was laying in the bed..and found that a spider running over my body...also a few were running around the bed...bed sheets were ancient...not cleaned for months....some lamps were not working....rest of the room looked ok...there is a complementary breakfast....dont expect much...only cornflakes and milk...coffee, juice....thats it...one guy was smart and he did a search in the closets...found a pack of muffins....:-)...we all had that... Price may be cheaper... but if you can avoid this that will be better...

It was a not great experience
The only good thing abt the hotel is the location and price. The pool is very tiny. Staff is not that cooperative. I didnt even get extra towels when i called the front desk. Breakfast is worst...No options at all other than muffins and coffee...
