Orbitz Misled Me
The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. When we arrived, the room we had booked was taken, so they upgraded us without being asked to a bedroom plus a large living room, dining room and kitchen area, plus a second bath. I do have a complaint for Orbitz: I requested a room in Niagara Falls, Canada, and this hotel popped up -- in the USA. It's name is almost identical to a wonderful hotel in Canada. I did not notice the USA until too late.

Niagra falls trip
Nice hotel, friendly staff, awesome location. Only bad thing was the AC in our room was rattling. We had to ask 3 times to get it fixed and it was still a little noisy.

Mediocre
Average rooms. Breakfast buffet limited and had to wait longer than one would have expected. Hotel associated bar/restaurant subpar. Needs major upgrade. Very noisy. Concierge services and advice subpar. If you have are looking for a decent room without any special perks, then you won't be disappointed. Great local attractions help make up for very average hotel.

The Crown Plaza Hotel was a well
The Crown Plaza Hotel was a well presented hotel, our room was roomy, clean and had a nice outlook. The location to the falls was excellent. However the buffet breakfast was overpriced for what you received. Some staff looked like they did not what to be there except for the last morning when Sean looked after us extremely well.

Convenient location
I booked 2 rooms for a birthday weekend get-away with friends. I asked for non-smoking,adjecent rooms which I received with no problems. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the casino. The hotel has a nice sports bar and there are other dining options at the casino but the nicer restaurants there were a bit pricey. We had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe which was about a 3 block walk. The parking lot is right next to the hotel and although the sign says $5.00, parking is validated by the hotel. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear people in the room next door but this did not prevent me from sleeping. Overall, my experience at this hotel was great especially if you are looking to go to the casino without paying casino room prices.
