DON"T
I checked in late night early morning. Bar was VERY noisy ( ok it was the weekend ) upon approaching my room , I had to pass a party of 8 people partying in the hallway , smoking something something other than cigarettes. I was not threatened , but felt very uncomfortable. Upon getting to my overpriced room , I discovered the heater did not work ! I would have requested another room , but I'm sure I would have been told t come back downstairs - which I was NOT about to do since the partying was still going on in the hallway. I slept in my clothes to stay warm through the night !! Upon checkout the next morning , I described my experiance to the manager who said I should have reported the situation immediately ( she's probably right ) and she can't do anything about it now. I would only stay here if there wasn't anything available within 50 mles - and then 'm still not sure I would stay !!!

Good services for good price
Just stayed for 1 night, but it was comfortable enough. Bathroom looked a bit old. Top sheet of bed linens seemed really thin. But everything was clean.

It was OK, not great
The carpets were not very clean. The coffee pot was missing the basket. Found the pool area uncomfortable especially in the evening. It was all glass on one side with total exposure to pedestrian sidewalk traffic.

Worst in Class
Very tired property with low marks on staff, cleanliness, limited parking. Look elsewhere as value is not here. I have stayed neraly 1,500 nights for business/pleasure in the past 25 years and would rank my stay here in the bottom 1%. Note this is the first time I have ever written a review and did so as I felt previous reviewers were way off base. Niagara Falls itself is beautiful and a must see, just stay somewhere else.

Short walk from hotel
I checked [...] reviews and was shocked how previous reviewers rated this hotel and how "location" was overstated. Biggest advice I can give you is that nearly all hotels are on the Canadian side for a reason...location, location, location. The Falls face north towards the Canadian border. By staying at this hotel you can not see the falls nor take a good picture of them. That is why you will find 90% of the hotels on the Canadian side. Stay there and cross the border (1/2 mile walk) if you want to visit the American Rapids and small park island.

Alot of things to do in walking distance
Very nice staff and the location is superb, I did not like the parking situation as a valet would take your car off site.. No charge but my son forgot his shoes and it was a hassel to get them
