Very Poor Service

Passport Inn downtown offers affordable accommodations in Niagara Falls, NY, approximately 25 miles from Buffalo/Niagara International Airport and about two blocks from the Falls and Seneca Niagara Casino.Credit card is charged at check in. Failure to cancel reservation 72 hours prior to arrival date will result in 1 night stay plus tax charge. Don't go this hotel ever !!!

Just don't go this hotel, let me just give an idea on what was wrong when i stayed there: - comforter torn and very dirty - fridge temperature knob was broken - exhaust fan give me the music of haunted movies - overall very dirty and expensive room - internet was not working

Very Poor Service

The room was small and not furnished well. Paint was peeling. Bathroom toilet was slow in flushing. There were no water cups - not even cheap plastic ones. No coffee. On two occasions when I went to the office around 8 pm, no one was there. On my third attempt, I rang the bell and after 5 minutes a girl, clearly the daughter of the manager showed up with a sleepy and sour face and answered no to my questions. I expresed my anger to her and later her father showed up at my door and said if I was unhappy I could leave and said he will convey my demand for refund the next day to the owner. But a few minutes later he came back angry and said I could leave righ awy and he will refund the money. As I was getting ready to leave he said I should wait because the owner was on his way. A few minutes later the owner did come and he did not apologize or offer better services butg said I should have left earlier so that he could have given the room to someone else. It was a very poor way to run a hotel business.
