Complimentary Breakfast

Excellent Location...surprised that they don't have a complimentary breakfast when other smaller motels have it. A bit disappointed. Also, we left our shopping items in the hotel. Though our mistake, we would have greatly appreciated if we received a call from someone about that. That would have given them a 5 star rating.

Ok - but nothing to brag about.

When first walking into the hotel I wanted to run the other way. Cigarette waste cans very yucky. Entryway filthy. But once upstairs the rooms were nice and comfortable.

average and overpriced

Perfact place for family vacation

This was the perfact place who don't want to drive. everything was at walking distance...also good service and room was nice too. I couldn't have find better deal than this near falls and all attractions...

Hot Review

The Hotel location is great and the dining was exceptional. Great value for the price on both. Our only complaint, which seemed to be the same with everyone at the Hotel was the lack of AC in the elevators and hallways. Very uncomfortable and stuffy.

Good Location but Needs Improvement.

The hotel was clean and close to the Falls - within a short walking distance. If we had wanted to, we could have watched the fireworks from our room window. The rooms were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful; the pool area was very nice. However, they need to do some repairs - there is no air conditioning in the elevators or hallways. Also, the hotel bar was not open on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. After being out all day, we thought we'd have a quick drink before we went up to relax before dinner, but at 3pm the bar was not yet open. I would recommend this hotel just for the location alone.

Good for the money

It is very close to falls. Free parking, free wifi. Rooms are okay. Staffs are helpful. Corridors /halls are worn down. and dirty carpets. When compared to other hotels in this area, this is better. NO free breakfast though.

Dissatisfief

We traveled there late August. All was good, but the fire alarm was activated twice after mid-night and all had to exit the building. No one ever explained the cause. We had to leave early with little sleep. Other than that the rooms were OK for 3 star hotel.
